That which is born in summer and dries in winter, If pressed into grain flour, It becomes an extracted nectar. If the essence of nectar is extracted for disease, It increases the mind's strength and power, And is a nectar for all wind diseases. The fruit of that great tree, Is born in one year like body hair. If used in a bath, it heals diseases. In two years, unripe, it resembles a testicle. It is the leader of all liquid poisons. When it ripens after three years, It is like the black sweat of Rudra. It has a sweet taste and the flavor of broth. If crushed and mixed with water, It benefits stiffness of the thighs and limbs, And is beneficial for combined wind and phlegm. Sweat that comes from the hair of the male organ, Arises on the mound of sand and mutra. The nectar is born in Ghana-vati (藏文：གྷ་ན་བ་ཏི，梵文天城体：घनवति，梵文罗马拟音：ghanavati，汉语字面意思：坚固的). The root is rough and the leaves are rough, The fruit is rough and resembles a ram's head. Harvest it when it is slightly unripe, Or at that very time.
