From the Tantra. The fourth chapter, on accomplishing medicine pills. Then, the Bhagavan spoke about this method of preparing medicinal powders. The sixteen Taras, mix the medicinal powders with frog and place them. Whatever is purified by mixing, is the nourishment of the lamp and the strike of Brahma. Nerves, stirring stick, bindu, one, two, four, and nine instructions. Where the Rakshasa, Rudra, and Ksha reside, when moved by fierce fire and wind, the nectar of the letter ཨཱཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आं, Romanized Sanskrit: āṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Am) of the navel chakra descends. One should nourish the lamp. By fiercely agitating the fire and wind, the nectar of the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hang) of the crown chakra descends. The so-called strike of Brahma, when the breath rises outward, the right Roma is the sun and fire. When the breath enters the body, the left Kyangma is the moon and water. When the wind resides in the body, the central Kundalini itself, like the lotus, water, tree, sesame oil, and the large tree where the Indian bay leaf resides. The yoga of the subtle, straight, clear, and red nerves should be practiced. On the central Kundalini life-tree, by stirring the Rogyang stirring rope, the blood bindu of the secret place below the navel burns. The stirring stick is called the wheel. In the heart, the sun and moon unite, at the sole hero of the navel, the bliss bindu of the secret place and the four seeds of navel hair and white hair, practice in accordance with the wind. This is the practice of the yoga of bindu. At the anus is wind, at the triple junction is fire. In the navel emanation wheel, there are sixty-four in the outer circle, and in the inner circle there are eight petals, eighteen groups rotate clockwise. The subtle A letter of the navel is red. The wind blows the fire, and fire arises from the A letter. One should practice fierce burning. This relies on one wheel. The navel and the heart are two. The heart wheel has eight petals, the downward-pointing blue ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is in the center. ཨ་ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अहं, Romanized Sanskrit: ahaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Aham) is very subtle, and unites with the Kundalini. White and red bodhicitta drips fiercely, and the wind also gradually unites. This relies on two wheels. In the navel emanation wheel, there are sixty-four petals. ཨཱ་ལི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आलि, Romanized Sanskrit: āli, Literal Chinese meaning: Ali) rotates counterclockwise, and ཀཱ་ལི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: कालि, Romanized Sanskrit: kāli, Literal Chinese meaning: Kali) rotates clockwise. Abandon the letters ཧ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha) and ཀྵ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: Ksha). The eight groups of the inner circle are also red. In the heart dharma wheel, the letters of the eight petals are black and shining. The four directions are fathers, and the four corners are mothers. In the center is where the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) resides.
