喉间受用轮， 十六瓣莲心为ཨཾ（藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨཾ）。 红色字向上看。 顶轮大乐轮， 三十二瓣莲， 十六元音字左旋绕， ཀ到ཏ等十六辅音字右旋绕。 ཧཾ字头朝下，字为红色。 进入右边的脉中， 所有字全部焚烧。 ཧཾ字融化，从左脉向下流， 依次清晰，流入心间。 依靠四轮而修持。 脚心为རཾ字，生起拙火。 大腿脉要处，密处汇集。 锐利迅速猛烈粗糙热。 明点争斗而争斗， 轮内运行， 火焰燃烧越来越大， 一切都燃烧成火焰。 要诀要抓住。 修习道，唯有观， 暖相随意放。 修习座次数无量。 善察意识的行处， 也要善量脉的量。 与明妃交合后， 自生四种智慧。 烦恼分别念， 轻柔寂静明亮轻快。 行秘密灌顶， 合和菩提心作药。 以度脱而清净， 须弥山顶天神住， ཨ་字白色具受用。 非天སུ་字为黄色， 争斗须弥山空隙处。 四大部洲人变成， ནྲྀ字蓝色而住。 外海畜生住， དུ་字住在烟处。 黄城中饿鬼住， པྲེ་字红色而住。 金刚座的座下， 地狱ཏྲི་字黑色而住。 由རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་所生， 饥渴痛苦རཾ字焚烧， 痴哑ཡཾ字无相， 寒热ཁཾ字而洗净。 五字化为五部佛身， 度脱后迁于法性中。 五蕴善巧转为甘露。 白女和盗女， 痴女和灰作母， 肿女和暴女， 麻脸母和母众， 狮虎狼狗熊的脸， 欢笑和嘎嘎乌鸦和， 猫头鹰脸的十六母，修习。 向东看，以宽广而调伏， 向南修，以明晰而筛选， 向西行，以细致而隐藏， 向北果，以究竟而结合。

In the throat, the enjoyment wheel, Sixteen petals, the heart is Aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨཾ). The red letter looks upward. In the crown, the great bliss wheel, Thirty-two petals, Sixteen vowels revolve to the left, Sixteen consonants from Ka to Ta revolve to the right. The letter Haṃ faces down, the letter is red. Having entered the right channel, All the letters are completely burned. The Haṃ melts, flowing down the left channel, Gradually clarifying, flowing into the heart. Meditate relying on the four wheels. In the soles of the feet, the Raṃ arises as the tinder fire. The great veins of the thighs, the secret place gathers. Sharp, quick, fierce, rough, and hot. The bindus fight and struggle, Moving within the wheel, The fire burns larger and larger, Everything burns into fire. The key points of the instructions must be grasped. Practice the path, only with observation, Release the heat at will. Combine with countless sessions. Well examine the mind's object of entry, Also well measure the quantity of the channels. After uniting with the consort, The four innate wisdoms arise. Afflictions and conceptual thoughts, Gentle, peaceful, clear, and light. Perform the secret empowerment, Pour the combined bodhicitta as medicine. Purify through liberation, On the peak of Mount Meru, the gods reside, The letter A, white and possessing enjoyment. The Asura Su is yellow, Fighting resides in the hollow of Mount Meru. The four continents, humans transform, The letter Nri resides in blue. In the outer ocean, animals reside, The letter Du resides in the smoky place. In the yellow city, the pretas reside, The letter Pre resides in red. Under the seat of Vajrasana, In hell, the letter Tri resides in black. Arising from Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ, Hunger, thirst, and suffering, Raṃ burns, Dumb and mute, Yaṃ is without characteristics, Heat and cold, Khaṃ washes away. The five syllables transform into the bodies of the five Buddhas, Having liberated, transfer to the nature of reality. Skillfully transform the aggregates into nectar. The white woman and the thief woman, The ignorant woman and the ash-making mother, The swollen woman and the fierce woman, The pockmarked mother and the assembly of mothers, The faces of lion, tiger, wolf, dog, and bear. Laughter and cawing, crow and, The sixteen mothers with owl faces, practice. Looking to the east, subdue with vastness, Meditating to the south, filter with clarity, Acting to the west, hide with subtlety, Fruiting to the north, combine with completion.
