Holding a razor, may (I) cut enemies and obstructors with the razor, and subdue (them) with a club. Holding a fire wheel in the middle finger of the right hand, holding a wind wheel in the middle finger of the left hand, may (I) burn enemies and obstructors with fire and scatter (them) with wind. Holding a demon's trap and an enemy's axe in the last finger of the right hand, the left hand forms a threatening mudra, blowing a red conch shell into the mouth. Drinking the head, body, wings, and heart blood of enemies and obstructors, striking with the demon's trap, binding with a lasso. Quickly forming a threatening mudra and controlling (them), the upper body wears a wet leather field amulet, the lower body has a brave tiger skin skirt. A thousand black snakes adorn the body and limbs, baring fangs and eating fresh enemy flesh. Adorned with various wrathful ornaments on the body, sending demons, Yama, devils, yakshas, mamos, witches, and fierce demons to work, seated on a burning red-black fire seat. I prostrate and praise the powerful wrathful body. To you, the deity adorned with a billion qualities, I offer and praise a billion times, always bowing to you. Even as an eternal deity, I pray to you, Always look upon me with eyes of compassion. Just as a bird dwells on the golden surface of Mount Meru, the bird loses its nature and appears as gold. Whoever relies on you, supreme deity, even the lowest of people will become supreme. If all is clearly meditated as your body, I will lose my own nature and appear as a wrathful deity. Since both this and the other (life) are sought in bliss, even for the sake of life, I will not abandon the supreme deity. First sending forth a loving, beautiful face, enemies and obstructors who harm me, bind, tie, liberate, and completely subdue. Since you are like me, therefore I praise and prostrate, requesting the pleasure of the terrifying wrathful deity's heart commitment. The mother of Yama, the only demon wife, the black cannibal demoness, head hanging down. Riding a black mule, wearing fresh human skin, a thousand human heads adorn the hair. Blood drips from the eyes, spreading blood diseases and sores, breathing from the nose, spreading livestock diseases with a broom. Fire blazes from the mouth, drying up lakes, spreading plagues, sending nagas and demons as messengers, spreading leprosy. Holding an iron hook, a speckled poison bag, and a disease sack in the hand, giving punishment and inflicting diseases upon those who break vows. The flesh-eating jackal tongue curses the lama who breaks vows, extracts the heart of the fallen, and offers the heart blood to the chief deity, controlling the enemy.
