Among the worldly medicines, Rang Ni Keng Ru Tsitta Hari. This is the fierce Garuda mantra, Whatever the task, there is no obstacle. If you desire to accomplish the fierce nature of Dharma, Use "E" (ཨེ，Devanagari: ए，IAST: e，Eh) to draw out the secret mantra. If you desire swift accomplishment, sharpness, and quick attainment, Use "Yang" (ཡྂ，Devanagari: यं，IAST: yaṃ，Yang) to draw out the secret mantra. If you desire to quickly burn the fruit, Use "Rang" (རྂ，Devanagari: रं，IAST: raṃ，Rang) to draw out the essence. If you desire to accomplish all qualities, Use "Sung" (སུྂ，Devanagari: सुं，IAST: suṃ，Sung) to perform the recitation. If you desire greatness, stability, and immovability, Use the heart mantra of "Lang" (ལྂ，Devanagari: लं，IAST: laṃ，Lang) to draw it out. If you desire to learn profoundness and accomplish depth, Use the life-essence of "Bang" (བྂ，Devanagari: वं，IAST: vaṃ，Vang) to draw it out. Whatever you do with any of these, There is no doubt that it will be accomplished. Furthermore, when transforming the end of the life-essence, All of these should be examined. Whatever deity or spirit you are trying to accomplish, With gentleness, increase, and greatness, Bring love and happiness to the auspicious retinue, And pacify enemies and harm-doers. Furthermore, if you desire love and attraction, Shanting Anu Prayate, Apana Ya Svaha, recite. With a vast, powerful, and assembled retinue, Lengthen life, increase glory, and propagate lineage. If you desire to increase enjoyment and retinue, Pushtim Asu Rang Na Ripa, Putra Vajra Parya Abrung, recite. By the power of the blessing of great power descending, All beings are brought under your control. Gods, spirits, powerful ones, and other enjoyments, If you desire to enslave them under your control, Bang Shang Kuru Yang Ga Sha, Shuli Uli Hari Hari Dzi, Dza Tung Re Li Li, recite.
