If demons and Rakshasas are reduced to ashes, what need is there to mention all enemies? The twenty-third chapter, the Chapter of the Golden Razor of the Mamos, is complete. The god who subdues harm again pleads, Causing obstacles to practice, Destroying the Dharma's allies, To the enemies of the virtuous spiritual friends, Casting the blood razor of the Mamos, I confess to the perfect father. The complete Buddha declared, Listen, chief of the gods who subdue harm. For those who destroy the Dharma and cause obstacles, And those who have become enemies to be killed, I will truly explain. First, how to cast the blood razor: In a white silver bowl, place a mixture of flesh and bones. In a blue turquoise bowl, place breath and urine.
