Three give various worldly medicines. One gives the life of bodhicitta and rakta. One precious bhandha with marks gives amṛta (Tibetan: བདུད་རྩི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: immortality). Three black and white conch shells, three black amulets. One white conch shell. One white dog, one namkhading. One great physician Masambu. All clothes are changed to black. Light a great incense, the smoke should not be cut off. Recite the mantra, after seven days a great sound will occur. There, slaughter a pair of goats and make offerings. Serve like a mother.
