In a secluded and delightful place, With whatever offerings and resources are available, Three consorts with the name of Padma, Should be placed for the purpose of accomplishment. The offerings that become substances, Possessing eleven pure minds, A vase filled with vitality, Born of the Padma lineage, Filled with named red liquid. A large amount of fat is made into five lamps, The great smoke offering is continuous, The wings of new and old fields are spread out. With whatever abundant offerings are available, Arrange them properly in sevens and threes. Decorations, clothing, and so on, With a large cloak and hair as the main focus, Distribute the things that gather all of samsara, Holding a five-peaked burning implement, Count the large rosary in the same way. The consort also wears a sheepskin, Holding a three-peaked burning fan, The large rosary matches the main deity. Accomplishment face, precious materials, Cover it with white silk and place it like that. Wear the sign of the Vajra lineage. The self-nature instruction, Heruka, The consort is also a happy-going woman of samsara, Meditating on them as non-dual, Draw the life-essence from the red liquid. Vajra Shanti Padma Garu Ti Bhyo! Having drawn it from the center of the heart, Thinking that it will appear manifestly, The body is white, with hundreds of thousands of suns and moons as a crown and garland, From the cleft of the forehead, there is one three-cornered eye, The two secret hands hold the stamens of all the lotuses of existence, Holding a bell-rope made of iron and copper, strung with the essence of the heart, From the right eye, tears of blood drip, Thus subduing all, From the left eye, a spring of nectar drips, Nourishing all sentient beings, From the middle eye, rays of various jewels scatter, Possessing turquoise hair. Asking for forgiveness and urging with a pleasant melody: Hum! Great! The great secret mantra, The one consort who combines bindus, White, possessing a sun-wheel crown, The one eye of a burning triangle, Liberating samsara with turquoise hair, Holding a lotus with a desirous hand, Precious tears nourish beings, Liberating heretics with a pure rope, The one secret consort of bindus, Just as before, the union was done, Inseparably from me.

Union. It is called thus, and vowing to be a secret consort, if one vows thus, in seven days, one month will descend. In fourteen days, one day will descend. In twenty-one days, the accomplished bhandha (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Vajra), the one whose heart is severed, will be filled with a mixture of blood. Other things besides this will also appear. However they appear, do not abandon the signs. On the twenty-first day, the deity will manifest. There, clearly abide in samadhi yourself. Take control of the red saffron. Bind the mudra of union, offer the moon, and show the posture of union. Do not give rise to attachment yourself. Release the woman's leg entanglement. Adorned with beauty, offer union. Manifest union there. Mix the secret mind with the five accomplishments. Offer yourself to the nose. Then give it to the female companion of practice. Then also give it to other mamos. Then mix the vows and bestow the teachings of the secret consort's vow. Then, in order to abandon jealousy. Unite with all three practice partners. Mix the vows of each practice partner. Then, after that, whatever you do will not be contrary. Nine thoughts will arise. The merit of accomplishment is, what need to mention other mamos, the four great wrathful powerful mothers, and the secret sisters of the heart, if you send them to work in the manner of sisters, they will listen to commands like servants. Merely generating the image of Heruka, they will come running, trembling. The wishes of this world, whether great or small, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. When practicing this. First offer the three kinds of torma. Confess and purify. Offer torma for the karmic debts of past lives. Fulfill the vows. This is the practice method of the one with the sun and moon skull garland. The practice method of the Peaceful and Blissful Going Mother is, having passed beyond sorrow. Performing the benefit of beings with the light of compassion. Is the subduing mamo. In a solitary and dangerous place. Be together with the mothers of the four castes. The four articles are also arranged in the same way. Do not arrange new field essence. Possess the bhandha of the four castes completely. The smoke of the field is not interrupted. Gather the four supreme vajra kilayas. Count the great conch shell mala accurately. Wear a tiger skin base cloth as clothing. Likewise offer a large base. A rope made of piled intestines. Clear blood not mixed with water. Vow substances of various kinds. Holding a three-pronged whisk.
