In the fierce mantra of the meaning's instruction, From killing, healing, subduing, cutting, bad omens, and hailstorms, The great all-encompassing conceptualization arises and appears from itself. Its fierce action is endowed with five, The essence of the five is the essential activity. From that, the root mantra of four and eight syllables, The four syllables of killing and healing are the best for protecting this activity. From the root of the four pure ones, four wisdoms arise, It destroys all the actions of the five poisons and evil deeds. Its extensive action is as follows: On a square of charnel ground cloth or paper, Apply five adhesives and soak in hot and poisonous water. Rotate the wheel of action in four circumferences, In the center, there are three triangles and three crescent moons. On its outer layer, make a cross with four corners, Again, on the side, a circular circumference of water patterns. Finally, twelve large spokes with tips pointing inward. Place it in the hall of existence, in the belly of a sow. The order of residing and placing there is: In the triangle, write the name and essence of the one to be harmed. On the three crescent moons, write the names of those who dwell, are empty, and are elevated. On the cross with four corners, place the root four syllables. On the water circumference, the names of curses and evil deeds. On the twelve spokes, the mantras for cutting and tormenting. Write it down, close it, and bind it with blue and red silk. Place it in a skull charnel ground, and secure it with a triangular stake. With the clear power of the hand seal, torment it fiercely for five days. In the heart of the lingam, insert the supreme phurba. Urge it fiercely, and focus with smoke. Cover it with felt, sprinkle mustard seeds, and wash it away.
