These are the supreme methods, said to be the root of all actions. From the Black Lineage of the Intentions of the Glorious Lord of Life, the twenty-eighth chapter, the Root Chapter of the Four Syllables of Red Taking. Then again, the Bhagavan spoke of this method of hailstones. Emaho! This secret path, is the intention of all Buddhas, it truly establishes the nature of reality, the sun of wisdom arises from itself. To abide in and protect this, is to hold the king of tantras, to hold and fully realize it, the blessings of the command arise from strength. The extensive meaning of this is as follows: In a secluded and dangerous place, set up a wheel of mantras for subduing power. From the charnel ground, a hero takes the material to be made into clothes, and makes a skull from the stains on the clothes. On it, write a Tibetan wheel. Draw four layers of circles, in the center a round palace, write the form of the evil one and the name of the place, and write "Forcefully strike with hail." In the third crescent shape, write the protection of hail and the destruction of the alliance of local deities, on the outer layer write a crossed vajra, and write the four syllables of the root fierce mantra. Also on the twelve large spokes, write the pouring of water bells and zors, on the last sixteen large spokes, with skillful means and fierce oppression, write razors that destroy crops. Consecrate with intertwined colored threads, smear red ochre on the large skull, and place the wheel of cutting. Knife blood, dog blood, black horse blood, mix in ransom and consecrate, burn on the zor. Add various herbs, pig blood, and various poisons. Smear the ashes of consecration on the feet, iron pegs, sandalwood, and fierce substances, inject poison and stir the fierce mantra. Substances that oppress with fierce things, for three months of winter, day and night, meticulously mix in a thousand times the water bell. For three months of spring, strike the zor bell, and mix the skull into the hole every day. On the first day of the three months of summer, put the fish as collateral for three days. In the center of the country, on the supports of nagas and deities, place large skulls, wolf skulls, and snakes. On the first day of autumn, repel and strike, within a hundred days and ten days.
