开启处安放病主，中间放置环绕供养之名，布置于母猪腹中，涂抹刀血、病血、毒水，以彩线交叉捆绑，豺狼安放于皮制头盖骨上，林伽、毒物与敌方城址之土，于荒废之城最为殊胜，连同基座置于大头盖骨内，于三角形坛城之西南方，凿洞向下安放，放置经血、脓血、羊血、人血，寡妇、男女、屠夫之血，大头盖骨、林伽如是镇压，铁粉、铜粉、石粉等，芥子、大灰、剧毒等，于头盖骨中陈设剧毒，咒师观想明三、威慑，前方于交叉田地上，幻化之母，断命者，九头十八臂，于胸前展示卡（藏文，梵文天城体：क्ष，梵文罗马拟音：kṣa，汉语字面意思：卡）与拉摩，九头之上首为鸟首，鹫、鹰、鸱枭为首，吞食内脏、心肝，发出恐吓之声，中间三头为畜生首，熊、罴、鳄鱼首，食血、脉、内脏，根本三头为忿怒母，右白左红中央蓝，獠牙铜色，啃噬人尸，眼中流血，鼻中喷出毒气，上半身披田地之皮、头盖骨、蛇，下半身系铃铛、血，右九手中所持为，显现解脱之胎心，左九手中挥舞头骨钺刀，虎、狼、牛、水牛，屠夫、交叉刀、黑狗、猪，黑盲右手持毒血钺刀，八足践踏傲慢者之心，为度众生而舞动，头发与毛发如火般燃烧，对其下令、劝请、派遣，于头盖骨轮上降伏诛法，首先此诛法加持，以百海二者摄受，第三以诛法之物融入，第四加持为食肉兵器，第五以残余涂抹搅动，第六摄集魂魄与寿命，第七于黑白交界处融入，第八熄灭命之火焰，第九分离清浊之流，以九转诛法镇压，于事业成就之尽头镇伏压制，镇压于红岩罗刹女之匣中，于镇压之物上，对准目标，反复击打已诛杀之诛法钺刀，此后，薄伽梵以自身之身语意金刚，说出此隐秘之猛咒。

Place menstrual blood, pus blood, sheep blood, human blood, widow's blood, male and female blood, and butcher's blood. Press down the large skull and lingam in this way. Iron powder, copper powder, stone powder, mustard seeds, great ashes, and potent poisons are arranged inside the skull cup. The mantra practitioner meditates on the three clarities, subduing with power. In front, on the crossed field, is the emanation of the mother, the life-cutter, with nine heads and eighteen arms. She displays Ksha (藏文：ཀྵ，梵文天城体：क्ष，梵文罗马拟音：kṣa，汉语字面意思：Ksha) and Ragmo at her heart. The uppermost of the nine heads is a bird's head, with the heads of a vulture, hawk, and owl. In her nine right hands, she holds the heart of the womb, showing liberation. In her nine left hands, she wields a skull chopper. She rides on a tiger, wolf, cow, and buffalo. A butcher, crossed knives, a black dog, and a pig. The black blind one holds a poisonous blood chopper in her right hand. Her eight feet trample on the hearts of the arrogant. She dances to liberate beings. Her hair and body hair blaze like fire. Command, urge, and dispatch her. Cast the Thun (a type of ritual dagger or weapon) onto the skull wheel. First, consecrate this Thun. Subdue with the two oceans. Third, dissolve it into the substance of the Thun. Fourth, consecrate it as a flesh-eating weapon. Fifth, smear and stir the remaining residue. Sixth, gather the life force and lifespan. Seventh, dissolve it at the boundary of black and white. Eighth, extinguish the flame of life. Ninth, separate the pure and impure streams. Suppress and oppress at the end of the accomplished action, with the nine-fold Thun pressing down. Suppress it in the red rock demon's box. On top of the suppressed object, aim at the target and repeatedly strike with the Thun chopper that has been killed. Then, the Bhagavan spoke this secret fierce mantra from his own body, speech, and mind vajra.

Even if I drink the blood of the three thousand worlds, I am not satisfied. Enjoy the flesh and blood of the enemy. When strongly commanded, it comes tumbling down from the peak of Mount Meru. It comes surging from the depths of the ocean. It comes intoxicated with the enemy's blood. When strongly commanded, it comes eating its own flesh. It comes drinking its own blood. Even if I eat my own flesh, I am not satisfied. Even if I drink my own blood, I am not content. Enjoy the flesh and blood of the enemy. When strongly commanded, heaven and earth, mountains and rivers are overturned. It comes throwing Mount Meru as pebbles. Give curses and strikes to the oath-breakers and enemies. When strongly commanded, make all sentient beings into slaves. The mind that has fallen from the oath appears. Take out the mind from the enemy's belly. When strongly commanded, phenomena and existence, bhyo, are reversed and burned with fire. Burn the enemy's body, life, and imprints. When strongly commanded, curse and drive away the lives of sentient beings. Nine emanation black dogs, curse the enemy and steal their lives.
