Those who desire accomplishment should abide. Why? Because those who desire to become Buddhas do not abandon attachment, hatred, delusion, pride, jealousy, and great vows that have become sacred. This is the nature of all Buddhas: the five wisdoms and the five victors. Body, speech, qualities, activities, and mind—abandoning these will not lead to accomplishment but will turn into samsara. Union and liberation, receiving what is not given, lying, and harsh speech—these five actions are not to be transgressed, for they are the actions of all Buddhas. Great meat, red meat with odor, bodhicitta, and pure water—because of their nature of willingly accepting, one should always eat and drink them. Great meat, dog meat, is supreme. Meat of the tusked, sky-faring, powerful ones—whoever eats it after blessing it is equal to the Victorious Vajradhara. Aggregates, elements, colors, faculties, and objects—the five purities are to be known. Through samsara, they should be known as the five Buddhas. The five Buddhas that everyone practices: Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, and the nature of the Tathagata—one should spontaneously accomplish their own nature. Common and special practices, as well as extraordinary vows, etc., secret common and special, and what is said in each practice—one should diligently perform according to the ritual. If one does not practice according to the ritual for the vows that have been made, and one violates the meaning of the sacred, like the drying up of the ocean and the destruction of mountains, as long as space exists, one will abide in the Vajra Hell. After the sacred has blessed the sacred, whoever violates that, despising all the Buddhas, Vajradhara, Dakinis, Yoginis, etc., without exception, many kinds of suffering will revolve like a wheel of weapons. If, after doing the work of the sacred, it does not accomplish as intended, and omens of decline appear, then one should do the work of completing the decline. As the sacred ones have said, one should not allow anything to decline hereafter. The sacred of body, speech, and mind—whoever abides properly and whoever abides according to reason, whoever practices in this way, will achieve in this very life. With faith and great faculties, if one strives without obstacles, one will achieve in four and a half years and eighteen months. Those who are inferior, with bad fortune, and with weak wisdom and resources will

Yang! If one practices according to the instructions of the holy ones, without losing the ritual of means, there is no doubt that one will attain accomplishment in this life. Thus it is said. From the great tantra of the Glorious Hevajra, the thirteenth chapter, which teaches the vows. Then, the Lord of Secrets again asked the Bhagavan, "You are the nature of all Buddhas, the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas. With the nature of saving all beings without exception, please explain the distinctions of the bali." After this request, the Bhagavan Tathagata, the Wrathful King, spoke as follows: "In the world of various vessels, blend the essence of sentient beings into the bali. The dharmadhatu, which is primordially unconditioned, appears in the ten directions because it pervades all. And the five objects of desire, the abode of nature, and the emanations, the lord of offerings and victory banners, etc., are also me. By giving without grasping, it pervades all. It is explained as various supreme dharmas. All immeasurable and limitless means are blended into the state of emptiness, peace, and unconditionality. The experience of abiding in that peace is the unconditioned bali of dharmata. In the vast vessel free from extremes, with the power pervading the sky, emanate the five objects of desire of various awarenesses. This is the bali of samadhi emanation. The distinctions of characteristics and substances are also the best of various foods and drinks, and made from the five meats and five amritas, pure and endowed with blessings. The aggregates are of the nature of the dharmadhatu. Cutting is the play of wisdom. The peach is explained as the emanation of great compassion. The unconditioned dharmadhatu is absorbed into the dharmadhatu. Blessings appear through the play of wisdom. The red flesh and blood are the support of the dakinis. It pervades the ten directions through the emanation of compassion. First, it is the amrita of wisdom. Burn and offer it like a mandala. In the middle, the five objects of desire are buried as an inexhaustible treasure for yogis. Entrust it to the space of the five mothers. Seal it with the seal of the five wisdoms. Finally, whatever remains of the ritual, after the seven places are completed, offer to the retinue of dakinis, show the food path, and perform the burning offering. All that appears, the world and its contents, the qualities of the five objects of desire of nature, enjoying them without partiality, is the bali of the dharmadhatu free from extremes. By meditating on oneself as a clear mandala, one can obtain the enjoyment of happiness in the world of appearances."
