Wisdom dispels doubts, the lord of Rakshasa Lanka, the wise and skillful one, the great Bhikshu of men, Licchavi, famed as immaculate, whose secret name is Wisdom Utterly Peaceful. As prophesied by the Lord Buddha, thus at this time were spoken the tantras within the secret mantra. All of the fourteen sutras of transmission and the sixteen tantras of oral instruction, etc. The Teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha, was requested by the five lineages to practice Kriya Yoga, and while they were practicing, the Teacher passed into Nirvana, and because the inner meaning of the secret mantra had not been spoken, they asked when it would appear, and the Buddha said that twenty-eight years after my passing, on Mount Rimala, the Lord of Secrets will explain it, so at that time, after meeting the Lord of Secrets, the tantras of the secret mantra and the fourteen sutras of transmission, the sixteen tantras of oral instruction, etc., please, Lord of Secrets, make them perfectly clear. In general, among the five lineages, the practice of the Vajra of Mind is profound, why? Because the root of all sentient beings lies in the mind, and all Buddhas converge in the mind, therefore, Immovable Vajrasattva is the supreme mind of all Buddhas of the three times. The Teacher said that the tantras and practices of secret mantra are as numerous as limitless dust particles in the sky, and each of them has five practices, etc. Among them, the oral instruction of the practice of the mind is extremely profound. Like the essence of Heruka, the All-Gathering Wisdom Sutra, which teaches the practice of the Vajra family, is not, because it teaches the practice of the Vajra Heruka Mind, therefore, this profound Dharma, please explain it to us, the five pure lineages, etc. Abandon laziness with bodily diligence, abandon idle talk with speech diligence, abandon mental wandering with mind diligence, listen with the perfection of the three diligences. The Teacher, the Great Vajradhara, separately explained the tantras, transmissions, and oral instructions, and here it is said to practice them without separation, therefore, this tantra is the Ultimate Innate Tantra, this important transmission is to explain and bestow, the Teacher explained with joy, and the retinue listened with reverence, from the source of the topic, among the three, tantra, transmission, and oral instruction, the source is shown by raising the topic, the Teacher advises to listen attentively, and the retinue promises to listen. Thus it was said. In the essence of Heruka, the examination of the source of the Holy Dharma is the first. Then, the great sovereign lord of all Buddhas is Vajra.

Since all activities have been accomplished, it is the wisdom of accomplished activity, and only acting as the basis of the Dharmas of Nirvana is the Dharmakaya. Meanings are all accomplished, and Dharmas are the basis. The five poisons are liberated into great wisdom. Ignorance is emptiness, which is the Dharmadhatu. Hatred is clear like a mirror. Pride manifests as equality. Desire is bliss, individually discerning. Jealousy is wisdom, and one's own activities are accomplished. These are self-liberated without a doer, hence the great wisdom of self-origination. Accomplishing as one and abiding, it is the uniqueness of true accomplishment. Self-originated wisdom abides as one. This is the Dharmakaya, spoken as the definitive word in the true meaning of wisdom for taming beings. Sarva (藏文,梵文天城体:सर्व,梵文罗马拟音:sarva,汉语字面意思:All) Dharma (藏文,梵文天城体:धर्म,梵文罗马拟音:dharma,汉语字面意思:Dharma) A A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). From the state of unbornness in the Dharmadhatu. The self-originated wisdom abides without birth, hence the two A's are truly the Dharmakaya. The body that is the collection of all Buddhas and Sugatas, is Vairochana who appears to tame the Brahma and Nagas of the lineage of ignorance. Vajrapani tames the Vishnu and Yaksha women of the lineage of hatred. The first deities appear to tame. Ratnasambhava manifests the body that tames the lineage of pride and the greedy earth spirits with the wish-fulfilling jewel. Padmasambhava tames the assembly of Gurus and Dakinis without remainder. Karma is Amoghasiddhi, who tames various beings, and is the supreme horse itself. The activity of taming, for example, the colt is shown as the most excellent activity among animals. The four taming methods are the four vehicles. For those who are attached to the vows that appear to each of the beings to be tamed, the four vehicles are taught for the four types of beings to be tamed, that is, attachment to cause and effect. For those who hold Buddhas and sentient beings as good and bad, or who, according to their inclinations, also hold Buddhas as good and bad, in order to dispel their attachments, the four equalities and five are taught. Although the meanings are not equal, the words are equal, and it is the vehicle that is taught. This is also for taming the Deva and human vehicle, the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas. In order to straighten the secret door of good and bad, all should contemplate its meaning well, and all should be taught without acceptance or rejection. Time, with long periods of time, or immeasurable austerities, and those who are discouraged because it is very difficult to accomplish these, time kalpas.
