ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་འདི་གྱུར་ཕྱིན་ཆད་ནི། །བཀླག་གམ་ཡང་ན་སེམས་ཀྱང་རུང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པར་དེ་ཡང་འགྱུར། །གཏེར་སྦ་བཟོད་གསོལ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བསྡུ། །སྨོན་ལམ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བྲོ་བརྡུངས་ཏེ། །དགེ་བསྔོ་མ་དག་བཤགས་པ་དང་། །རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཏིང་འཛིན་ནན་ཏན་བྱ། །བསྐང་གསོའི་ལས་ལ་རབ་འབད་ནས། །སྒོས་མདོས་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས། །བཀའ་ཡི་སྲུང་མ་བསྐང་བ་དང་། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཡི་ཐུགས་མདོས་བྱ། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་སེམས་ཅན་དོན་དུ་བསྔོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ནི་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་གལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས། བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་བརྟག་པ་སྟེ་ཉི་ཤུ་གསུམ་པའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་དམ་པའི་རིགས་ཅན་རྣམ་པ་ལྔས་མཆོད་པས་མཆོད་དེ། པདྨ་རཀྟ་ནིརྨ་ལ། ཀ་མ་ལ་མུཀྟ་ནི། ལོ་ཀ་བན་དྷ་ནི། སརྦ་ཀརྨ་སུ་ཙ་མེ། ཆོས་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཆགས་པ་སྟེ། །ཡུལ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཆགས་པའི་མཆོག །འགྲོ་བའི་གཙོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ལས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫོགས་གྱུར་ཏེ། །གཡར་དམ་ཉམས་ཆག་བསྐང་གྱུར་ཅིག །དཔའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བདག་ཅག་ལུང་འདི་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས། གསང་བའི་བདག་པོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུར་ཐིམ། དམ་པའི་རིགས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ངོ་། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་གལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལུང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །། པདྨ་སམྦྷ་ཝས་བ་སུ་དྷ་ར་ལ་གནང་། དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཡེ་ཤེས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལའོ།། །། no

心金刚。 从此以后，只要修持此瑜伽，无论是念诵还是忆念，都会转变为金刚持。 埋藏伏藏，请求宽恕，汇集坛城， 发愿，祝愿吉祥，跳金刚舞， 积累善根，忏悔罪业， 认真进行日常禅定。 尽力进行酬补仪轨， 特别以一百零八食子， 酬补教敕的护法， 并作黑汝嘎的心意食子。 一切都回向于利益众生， 将会获得殊胜菩提。 如是说。 黑汝嘎大要门中，禅定之品第二十三竟。 之后，以五种圣族供养而供养： 莲花红，无垢， 莲花珍珠，世间束缚， 一切业皆寂灭。 对法生贪，是为贪著； 对境生贪，是为殊胜。 向有情之主顶礼！ 一切事业皆得圆满， 誓言亏损皆得酬补。 向勇士您顶礼！ 祈请您受持此教言。 如是说后， 秘密主融入法身。 圣族之众随之受持。 名为黑汝嘎大要，一切教言之王圆满。 莲花生大士赐予持藏天女， 彼又传于桑杰益西仁波切。

The Vajra of the Heart. From now on, as long as you practice this yoga, whether reciting or remembering, it will transform into Vajradhara. Bury treasures, ask for forgiveness, gather mandalas, Make aspirations, wish for auspiciousness, perform Vajra dances, Accumulate merit, confess sins, Diligently engage in daily meditation. Strive to perform the fulfillment rituals, Especially with one hundred and eight tormas, Fulfill the protectors of the command, And make the heart torma of Heruka. Dedicate everything to the benefit of all sentient beings, You will attain supreme enlightenment. Thus it was said. The Great Essential Heruka, the twenty-third chapter on contemplation, is complete. Then, offer with offerings from the five noble families: Padma Rakta Nirmala, Kamala Mukta Ni, Loka Bandha Ni, Sarva Karma Su Tsame. Attachment to Dharma is attachment; Attachment to objects is supreme attachment. I prostrate to the lord of beings! May all actions be perfected, May vows and shortcomings be fulfilled. I prostrate to you, hero! May we receive this teaching. Having said this, The Lord of Secrets dissolves into the Dharmakaya. The noble families follow and uphold it. The Great Essential Heruka, the king of all teachings, is complete. Padmasambhava gave it to Vasudhara, Who then gave it to Sangye Yeshe Rinpoche.
