ས་ལས་བྱུང་སྟེ་ཁ་ཟས་ཀྱི་བཅུད་ལ་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་ཁྱབ་པར་གནས་པས་ན། ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཞུ་བ་ནི་སྙིགས་མ་བཤང་བ་རྣག་དང་འདྲ་བར་སྐྱུགས་བྲོ་བར་འབྱུང་བས་སོ། །རྒྱུ་སྦྱིན་མ་ནི་བརླ་ལ་གནས་ཏེ་ཁྲག་འབྱུང་བའོ། །བཤང་ལམ་ཁྲག་རྣམས་རྒྱུ། །ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ན་ཁྲག་གིས་ལུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱེད་པས་ན་རྒྱུ་སྦྱིན་མའོ། །བྲལ་མ་བྱིན་པར་རྔུལ་རྣམས་ལ། །སྐྱོན་བྲལ་མ་ནི་རྗེ་ངར་གཉིས་ལ་སྟེ་རྔུལ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །སྦྱོར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པས་ན་སྦྱོར་བྲལ་མའོ། །གྲུབ་མོ་རྐང་རྒྱབ་མཆིན་པར་རྒྱུ་གྲུབ་མ་ནི། རྐང་པའི་བོལ་ཏེ། མཆི་མ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་ལ་མཆིན་པ་ཤིང་ལོ་ལྟར་རྒྱས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྟེར་བར་བྱེད་པས་ན་གྲུབ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། ༈ །མེ་ལོང་ནི་རྐང་པའི་སོར་མོ་སྟེ་གནས་མ་རྐང་སོར་ཚིགས་རྣམས་ལ། །དེ་རྣམས་ལ་ཚིལ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །མེ་མོ་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐྲག་པར་བྱེད་པས་ན་མེ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དགའ་བྱེད་མ་ནི་མཐེ་བོང་ལྡན། །མཛའ་མོ་ནི་རྐང་མཐིལ་ན་གནས་ཏེ་མཐེ་བོང་དང་ལུད་པ་འབྱུང་། དགའ་བྱེད་མ་ནི་དགའ་བས་བསྡུས་པས་ན་དགའ་བྱེད་མའོ། །ཡིད་མཛེས་མ་ནི་པུས་མོ་སྣབས། །ཡིད་བཟང་བ་མ་ནི་པུས་མོ་གཉིས་ལ་སྟེ་ཁ་ཆུ་དང་སྣབས་འབྱུང་། ཤེས་རབ་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལས་ཅན་ཡིན་པས་ན་ཡིད་བཟང་མོ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སུམ་བསྒྲིལ་མ་ནི་སྙིང་ག་གཡས་ན་སུམ་འཇུག་མ་སྟེ་སུམ་འཇུག་མ་ནི་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱིས་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །འདོད་ལྡན་མ་ནི་ལྟེ་བ་གཡོན་ན་གནས་འདོད་ཡོན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ལྡན་པས་ན་འདོད་བྱེད་མ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཁྱིམ་གནས་གསང་བ་མཆེར་པའི་ནང་། །ཁྱིམ་མ་གང་དང་གནས་ན་གནས་ཏེ་མཆེར་པའི་ནང་དུ་རྒྱུ། གསང་བའི་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་བདག་མོ་ཡིན་པས་ཁྱིམ་བདག་མོའོ། །གཏུམ་མོ་གཏུམ་བྱེད་མ་བརླ་ལ་གནས་ནས་ལྟེ་བར་རྒྱུ་ཁྲོ་གཏུམ་གྱི་ལས་བྱེད་པས་ན་གཏུམ་མོ་བརླ་ནས་ལྟེ་བ་ན། ༈ །བདུད་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད་པ་བྱིན་པ་ལ་གནས་ནས་ཡོངས་ལ་ཁྱབ་པའོ། །བདུད་འཇོམས་པའམ། བདུད་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་མི་ནུས་པས་བདུད་འདྲལ་མོའོ། །བདུད་འདྲལ་བྱིན་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱབ། །རྩ་ནི་དེ་དག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི། །ཀུན་སྤངས་མ་ནི་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་ཡིན། རོ་བཅུད་མ་ནི་མི་ཕམ་མ། ཚད་མ་ནི་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་མའོ། །མདོག་སྔོན་མ་ནི་གཽ་རཱི། སྤྱི་བདུད་མ་ནི་ཙོའུ་ནཱི། རྒྱུ་སྦྱིན་མ་པུཀྐ་སཱི། སྦྱོར་བྲལ་ཙན་དྷ། གཅེས་མ་སིང་ཧ། གྲུབ་མ་བྱཱ་གྷྲི། འཚེད་མ་གྲྀ་ཌྷ། ཡིད་བཟང་མ་ཀ

从地上生起，普遍存在于食物的精华中，因此称为共同母。对其进行呕吐，是因为像粪便脓液一样令人作呕。肠施母位于大腿，产生血液。粪便通道的血液等都是肠。为什么呢？因为血液施舍身体的一切肠道，所以是肠施母。无离母在腋下产生汗液。无垢母位于胫骨和腓骨上，产生汗液。因为没有任何结合，所以是无合母。成就母在脚背肝脏中运行，成就母是脚踝，产生眼泪。成就母给予修行者肝脏像树叶一样茂盛的成就，因此称为成就母。༈。镜子是脚趾，居于脚趾关节中。在那些地方产生油脂。火女使一切烦恼恐惧，因此称为火女。欢喜母具有拇指。爱母位于脚底，产生拇指和痰液。欢喜母是被欢喜所摄持，因此是欢喜母。悦意母位于膝盖产生鼻涕。善意母位于两个膝盖上，产生口水和鼻涕。因为具有产生智慧的作用，所以称为善意母。三缠母位于右心房，是三入母，三入母以三种方式进入。欲望母位于左边的肚脐，因为具有一切欲望，所以称为欲望母。家母住在脾脏的秘密处。家母住在何处，就在脾脏内运行。因为是秘密之家的女主人，所以是家主母。暴怒母，暴怒行母位于大腿，从大腿运行到肚脐，因为做暴怒的事业，所以暴怒母从大腿到肚脐。༈。降伏魔鬼者位于臀部，遍布全身。降伏魔鬼者，或者说魔鬼的障碍无法侵扰，所以是断魔母。断魔母遍布臀部。这些脉是瑜伽母的。一切舍弃母是克罗地施瓦里（藏文ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་，梵文天城体 क्रोधिश्वरी，梵文罗马拟音krodhīśvarī，愤怒自在母）。味精母是不败母。量母是皱眉母。蓝色母是高里（藏文གཽ་རཱི，梵文天城体 गौरी，梵文罗马拟音gaurī，高里）。总魔母是卓尼。肠施母是普卡西。无合母是旃陀。珍爱母是辛哈。成就母是比亚格里。烹饪母是格里达。善意母是卡

Arising from the earth, it universally pervades the essence of food, therefore it is called the Common Mother. Vomiting occurs because it is as nauseating as excrement and pus. The Intestine-Giving Mother resides in the thigh, producing blood. The blood of the excretory passage, etc., is the intestine. Why? Because blood bestows all the intestines of the body, it is the Intestine-Giving Mother. The Separated Mother produces sweat in the armpits. The Flawless Mother resides on both the tibia and fibula, producing sweat. Because there is no union, it is the Uniting Mother. The Accomplishment Mother runs in the back of the foot and the liver, the Accomplishment Mother is the ankle, producing tears. The Accomplishment Mother bestows upon the practitioner the accomplishment of the liver flourishing like tree leaves, therefore it is called the Accomplishment Mother. ༈. The Mirror is the toe, residing in the joints of the toes. Oil arises in those places. The Fire Woman makes all afflictions fearful, therefore it is called the Fire Woman. The Joyful Mother possesses the thumb. The Loving Mother resides in the sole of the foot, producing the thumb and phlegm. The Joyful Mother is possessed by joy, therefore she is the Joyful Mother. The Delightful Mother resides in the knee, producing snot. The Kind Mother resides on both knees, producing saliva and snot. Because she has the function of generating wisdom, she is called the Kind Mother. The Three-Twisted Mother resides in the right atrium, she is the Three-Entering Mother, the Three-Entering Mother enters in three ways. The Desire-Possessing Mother resides in the navel on the left, because she possesses all desires, she is called the Desire-Fulfilling Mother. The House Mother resides in the secret place of the spleen. Wherever the House Mother resides, she runs within the spleen. Because she is the mistress of the secret house, she is the House Mistress. The Fierce Woman, the Fierce-Acting Mother, resides in the thigh, running from the thigh to the navel, because she performs the activity of fierceness, therefore the Fierce Mother runs from the thigh to the navel. ༈. The Subduer of Demons resides in the buttocks, pervading the whole body. The Subduer of Demons, or the obstacles of demons cannot harm, therefore she is the Demon-Cutting Mother. The Demon-Cutting Mother pervades the buttocks. These channels are of the Yoginis. The All-Abandoning Mother is Krodhishvari (藏文ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་，梵文天城体 क्रोधिश्वरी，梵文罗马拟音krodhīśvarī，Angry Free Mother). The Essence-of-Taste Mother is the Invincible Mother. The Measure Mother is the Frowning Mother. The Blue Mother is Gauri (藏文གཽ་རཱི，梵文天城体 गौरी，梵文罗马拟音gaurī，Gauri). The General Demon Mother is Joni. The Intestine-Giving Mother is Pukkasi. The Uniting Mother is Chandha. The Cherished Mother is Singha. The Accomplishment Mother is Vyaghri. The Cooking Mother is Gridha. The Kind Mother is Ka.
