如是三十二处住。༈。四轮总集之时，四方之脉皆为逆行而住，东至北，西至南。四隅则为顺行而生，住于东南、西南、西北、东北。逆行是方便，顺行是智慧，方便与智慧和合而住。身有顺行与逆行。不分母护持，从头顶降下牙齿与指甲而生。身语意金刚无别，故名不分母。此等降下菩提心，示现生起有情之身而作事业。细母顶髻，细形母住于头顶，生出头发与毫毛。因生出细微的头发梢与毫毛，故名细形母。以有质之物摄集，则名为有色母。头发毫毛等。贤女住于右耳垢道，生出耳垢与污垢。因示现耳之音声为妙好，故名贤女。左母住于背后，生出后背之肉，依于身的左侧，于脏腑中行走，生出诸肉，故名左母。脏腑诸肉等。左短住于左耳脉络中行走。非短住于左耳，生出脉络。因事业脉络之四肢以圆转之方式运行，故名非短母。龟母二目于肾脏中行走。龟生住于眉间，生出脊骨。因似乌龟之行走，故名龟生。住于二目，于肾脏中行走。生出眼泪。禅定母住于二目，生于肾脏，龟生住于额头，生出脊椎骨之骨骼，如是上下颠倒而说。左侧自明而生，故名禅定，眉间为骨骼之串珠。权母于臂脉中行走至心脏。灌顶母住于臂膀之首，生出心脏。于心脏中明亮心性，赐予灌顶，故名灌顶母，即令心性明亮者。 具过母住于二腋窝，生出眼睛。正直且能驱除嗔恨等烦恼，故名具过母。夜母于阴部之下，二目行走。大青遍住母住于双乳，生出

The four intermediate directions arise in the usual order, residing in the southeast, southwest, northwest, and northeast. Reversal is method, and arising is wisdom. Method and wisdom reside in union. The body has both forward and reverse flow. The inseparable mother protects, descending from the crown of the head, producing teeth and nails. Because body, speech, and mind are inseparable vajra, she is called the Inseparable Mother. These descend with bodhicitta, showing the creation of sentient beings' bodies and performing actions. Minute Mother, the crown of the head; Subtle Form Mother resides on the crown of the head, producing hair and body hair. Because she produces the fine tips of hair and body hair, she is called the Subtle Form Mother. When gathered with tangible matter, she is called the Material Mother. Hair, body hair, etc. Virtuous Woman resides in the right ear canal, producing earwax and dirt. Because she shows the sound of the ear to be excellent, she is called the Virtuous Woman. Left Mother resides behind the back, producing flesh on the back, relying on the left side of the body, moving through the internal organs, producing all the flesh, hence she is called the Left Mother. Internal organs, flesh, etc. Left Short moves through the veins of the left ear. Non-Short resides in the left ear, producing veins. Because the four limbs of the action veins move in a circular manner, she is called the Non-Short Mother. Turtle Mother, the two eyes move through the kidneys. Turtle Born resides between the eyebrows, producing the spine. Because it resembles the movement of a turtle, it is called Turtle Born. Residing in the two eyes, it moves through the kidneys. It produces tears. Meditation Mother resides in the two eyes, arising in the kidneys, Turtle Born resides on the forehead, producing the bones of the spine, thus it is taught in an inverted manner. The left side arises as self-luminous, hence it is called Meditation, the eyebrows are a string of bones. Power Mother moves through the arm veins to the heart. Empowerment Mother resides at the beginning of the arm, producing the heart. Because she illuminates the nature of mind in the heart, bestowing empowerment, she is called Empowerment Mother, that is, the one who makes the mind clear. Flawed Mother resides in the two armpits, producing eyes. She is upright and able to dispel afflictions such as anger, hence she is called Flawed Mother. 我（ང་）在胆中运行。因为使烦恼不明显，所以称为大过失。母（མ་མོ་）位于脐部，在肺和结肠中运行产生。从肺到结肠产生风的运行，所以是母（མ་མོ）。一切相山居母（ཀུན་མཚན་མ་རི་ཁྲོད་མ་）位于鼻尖，产生肠道。因为使身体运动，所以称此为遍住母（རྣམ་པར་གནས་མ་）。因为进入肠道，所以是山居母（རི་ཁྲོད་མ་），肠道是所有食物的相，所以是一切相（ཀུན་མཚན་མའོ）。冷母（གྲང་མ་）在口、面颊、肋骨两侧。凉施母（བསིལ་སྦྱོར་མ་）位于口部，产生肋骨的薄膜。因为肋骨像房子一样支撑身体，所以是凉作母（བསིལ་བྱེད་མའོ）。因为平息热，所以是凉施母（བསིལ་སྦྱིན་མའོ）。乐作母（དགའ་བྱེད་）从头顶流下尿液。暖母（དྲོ་མ་）位于颈部和头顶，在胃中产生尿液的流淌。因为尿液使口渴平息，所以称为乐作母（དགའ་བྱེད་མ་）。有些人也称之为那（ནཱ་）。一切舍母（ཀུན་སྤངས་མ་）位于前方正中，产生名为殊迦（ཤུ་ཀྲ་）的菩提心流淌。因为无形中充满快乐，所以称为阿瓦杜提（ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏི་），因为舍弃一切分别念，所以是一切舍（ཀུན་སྤངས་པའོ）。味精母（རོ་བཅུད་མ་）位于右侧，产生拉克塔（རཀྟ་）血液的运行，品尝味道使身体充满精华，所以在血液中流淌产生。因为给予味道，所以是拉萨那（ར་ས་ནའོ）。暖悬极脂母（དྲོད་འཕྱང་རབ་ཀྱི་ཚིལ་མ་）位于喉咙和心脏，在胃中运行，使讲述产生。因为像月亮一样平衡，所以称为量（ཚད་མ་）。因为平衡暖，所以是暖悬母（དྲོད་འཕྱང་མའོ）。从头顶出生，流入结肠。乐母（དགའ་མ་）从头顶到颈部移动，流入胃中。味觉在心中，从心中感受大乐的味觉，在排泄道金刚中运行，如果不明白，就像大黑暗一样，所以也称为黑母（ནག་མོ་），称为味觉（རོ་རྟོག་）在排泄道中。乐园（དགའ་ལྡན་）接触母（མཚོགས་མ་）从接触处位于性器官，所以产生接触母的孔隙就是性器官本身。美貌母（གཟུགས་མཛེས་）在性器官中产生粘液。美貌母（གཟུགས་བཟང་མོ་）位于接触处， 从性器官流向尿道。也位于尿道。因为产生粘液，所以称为总持母（སྤྱི་ཁྱེར་མ་），粘液是使身体全部融合的物质。共同母（ཐུན་མོང་མ་）位于排泄口的关键处，在尿道中，产生脓液。排泄物是精华的食物

I (ང་) run in the gallbladder. Because it makes afflictions unclear, it is called a great fault. The mother (མ་མོ་) is located in the navel, running and arising in the lungs and colon. From the lungs to the colon, it generates the movement of wind, so it is the mother (མ་མོ). All-aspect Hermit Mother (ཀུན་མཚན་མ་རི་ཁྲོད་མ་) is located at the tip of the nose, producing the intestinal tract. Because it makes the body move, it is called the All-abiding Mother (རྣམ་པར་གནས་མ་). Because it enters the intestines, it is the Hermit Mother (རི་ཁྲོད་མ་), the intestines are the aspect of all foods, so it is All-aspect (ཀུན་མཚན་མའོ). Cold Mother (གྲང་མ་) is on the mouth, cheeks, and both sides of the ribs. Cool-bestowing Mother (བསིལ་སྦྱོར་མ་) is located in the mouth, producing the membrane of the ribs. Because the ribs support the body like a house, it is the Cooling Mother (བསིལ་བྱེད་མའོ). Because it pacifies heat, it is the Cool-bestowing Mother (བསིལ་སྦྱིན་མའོ). Joy-making Mother (དགའ་བྱེད་) flows urine from the crown of the head. Warm Mother (དྲོ་མ་) is located in the neck and crown of the head, producing the flow of urine in the stomach. Because urine quenches thirst, it is called Joy-making Mother (དགའ་བྱེད་མ་). Some also call it Na (ནཱ་). All-renouncing Mother (ཀུན་སྤངས་མ་) is located in the front center, producing the flow of Bodhicitta called Shukra (ཤུ་ཀྲ་). Because it is filled with bliss without form, it is called Avadhuti (ཨ་བ་དྷཱུ་ཏི་), because it abandons all discriminations, it is All-renouncing (ཀུན་སྤངས་པའོ). Essence-of-taste Mother (རོ་བཅུད་མ་) is located on the right side, producing the flow of Rakta (རཀྟ་) blood, tasting the flavor makes the body full of essence, so it flows and arises in the blood. Because it gives taste, it is Rasana (ར་ས་ནའོ). Warm-hanging Supreme Fat Mother (དྲོད་འཕྱང་རབ་ཀྱི་ཚིལ་མ་) is located in the throat and heart, running in the stomach, making speech arise. Because it is balanced like the moon, it is called Measure (ཚད་མ་). Because it balances warmth, it is the Warm-hanging Mother (དྲོད་འཕྱང་མའོ). Born from the crown of the head, it flows into the colon. Joyful Mother (དགའ་མ་) moves from the crown of the head to the neck, flowing into the stomach. Taste is in the heart, feeling the taste of great bliss from the heart, it runs in the Vajra of the excretory path, if not understood, it is like great darkness, so it is also called Black Mother (ནག་མོ་), called Taste (རོ་རྟོག་) in the excretory path. Joyful Land (དགའ་ལྡན་) Contact Mother (མཚོགས་མ་) from the point of contact is located in the genitals, so the orifice of the Contact Mother that arises is the genitals themselves. Beautiful Mother (གཟུགས་མཛེས་) produces phlegm in the genitals. Beautiful Mother (གཟུགས་བཟང་མོ་) is located at the point of contact, flowing from the genitals to the urethra. It is also located in the urethra. Because it produces phlegm, it is called All-holding Mother (སྤྱི་ཁྱེར་མ་), phlegm is the substance that merges the entire body. Common Mother (ཐུན་མོང་མ་) is located at the key points of the excretory opening, in the urethra, producing pus. Excrement is the food of essence.
