If the lifespan is one hundred years, one can live to two hundred years, or if the lifespan is sixty years, one can live to one hundred years. If one does not obtain the accomplishment of longevity at first, due to the obstacles of demons, one's life will be interrupted, and therefore one will not be able to attain unsurpassed Bodhi. ༈ First, for oneself, practice the longevity practice. Recite the syllable "Hūṃ", burning the outer and inner containers and contents, and the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. After burning them, from emptiness, visualize the two, and recite this mantra.
