The two places called "Vessel of Great Obscuration" are located. Because it is a vessel, it exists at the time when it equally covers the words of wisdom. The above explains the way the channels are located, along with the letters. ༈. On the letters that are the cause of unenlightened samsara, if one realizes the location of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Chinese literal meaning: Nri) etc., then the three syllables such as Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om) appear as nirvana, and they dwell non-dually in the bodhicitta. Yellow light is the alaya consciousness, blue is the mental consciousness, and red is the afflictive mind gate. Red-black is where the five consciousnesses reside. The eight consciousnesses reside in the light of the four channels. They reside in yellow, blue, red, and black. Yellow light is where the essence of the channels flows, and so on. Blue is where the essence of the space flows. Red light is the essence of blood, and red-black is where the essence of the five gates flows. The essence of the channels of the channels, breath, blood, and five gates is light, so it flows in it. Whatever these essences are, they flow extremely. In the yellow light, the letters Su (Tibetan: སུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Chinese literal meaning: Su) and Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Tri) reside. Similarly, the two of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Chinese literal meaning: Nri) in blue, the two of Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Chinese literal meaning: Pre) and Du (Tibetan: དུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Chinese literal meaning: Du) in red, and in red-black, the faults and qualities of these reside. Thus it is taught. In the four lights, there are six letters, and where faults and qualities reside, two letters also reside in pairs. The two of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Chinese literal meaning: Nri) flow in the impurities of breath. The two of Su (Tibetan: སུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Chinese literal meaning: Su) and Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Tri), the two of Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Chinese literal meaning: Pre) and Du (Tibetan: དུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Chinese literal meaning: Du) of the channels flow in the three impurities of blood. ༈. The consciousnesses of the five gates and the afflicted mind, the seeds Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Tri) and Du (Tibetan: དུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Chinese literal meaning: Du). The way they reside is that they reside extremely far away from all six realms. This is what the noble ones see with their wisdom eyes. The seeds of consciousness that have matured in the six realms of existence, and the matured consciousness that creates the rebirth as gods and humans, the seeds are A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Chinese literal meaning: Nri) etc. Hungry ghosts and gods are the alaya consciousness, animals and hells are the seeds Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Chinese literal meaning: Pre) and Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Tri), and the actions etc. All six realms reside in their own continuum. The eight channels, like that, the essence of the channels, the essence of the main channels, branch channels, and subtle channels, are said to be eight. Their shape is like twisted threads, so they are called eight. Thus, the eight are also the essence of the channels, like a white silk thread, and there is one whose shape is like a twisted thread, and its thickness is about ten horsehairs, and silk.
