ང་ལས་ལྷར་གསལ་བ་རུ་ལུའི་གླུ་བླངས་པས། །སེམས་ཉིད་གསུང་གི་རང་བཞིན་ལ། །གསུང་སྔགས་ཉིད། ཐུགས་གསལ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཡིད་ལ་གསང་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པ་ནི། །གསང་སྔགས་དག་ཅིང་ཡིག་འབྲུ་གསལ། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་གཅིག་ནས་གཅིག་ཏུ་མི་འདྲེན་པར་རང་རང་གི་གནས་ནས་འཕྲོ་འདུ་གསལ་བ་ལ་དཔལ་ཆེན་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས་བདག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཉི་ཟླ་ལ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚད་ཚོན་གང་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་དཔལ་བེའུ་རིན་ཆེན་ཟུར་བརྒྱད་ནི། །སྲོག་ཟུར་བརྒྱད་ལ་གི་སྙིང་པོ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་པོ། །གསེར་གྱི་བ་ཐག་གཟིངས་པ་མདོག་སེར་པོ་སྐར་ཁུང་གི་རྡུལ་འདྲ་བའོ། །ཉི་ཟེར་གྱི་རྡུལ་བཞིན། །ཕར་སྤྲོས་པས་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐུལ། །སླར་འདུས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པའི་རིན་ཆེན་དཔལ་བེའུ་བསྐང་། །བདག་དང་ལྷ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་སུ་ཐིམ། །མགྲིན་པ་པདྨར་དཔལ་ཆེན་གསུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས། །སྲོག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་པདྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད་ལ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་པ། །གསང་བ་གནས་ཀྱི་ལམ་དུ་བྱུང་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་ཕྱུང་སྟེ་ལྗགས་ལས་དཀན་དུ་ཤར། །གསང་བ་མགྲིན་སྒོ་ནས་སྤྲོས་པས་དབུགས་ཀྱི་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱོད། །པདྨའི་ལྟེ་བར་གསུང་གི་རིགས་ལྔ་གསལ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐུལ། །སྣ་སྦུག་ནས་སྤྲོ་བ་ཤངས་ཀྱི་རླུང་སྒྲོམ་ཆེན་པོར་བསྡམས། །མགར་བའི་སོལ་མལ་ནས་ཞུན་མའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཚ་ཚ་བརྡབས་པ་བཞིན། །ཕར་འཕྲོས་པས་ནི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་རྒྱལ་བའི་གསུང་ལ་ཐིམ། །སླར་འདུས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ལྗགས་ཀྱི་པདྨ་བསྐང་། །བདག་དང་ལྷ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པས་འགག་མེད་གསུང་། །དཔལ་ཆེན་སྐུ་ཡི་སྤྱི་བོར་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས། །ཟླ་བ་ལ་གནས་པའི་རུ་ལུ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོ། །མགྲིན་པ་ནས་སྤྱི་བོར་འོང་རླུང་གི་རྟ་ལ་ཞོན་ནས་གསང་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱོད། །སླར་འདུས་སྤྱི་བོར་ཀླད་པ་དུད་ཁང་གཞལ་ཡས་སུ། །སྐུའི་རིགས་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐུལ། །རྣམ་སྣང་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་རུ་ལུ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་འོད་དུ་འཕྲོ། །ཚངས་པའི་བུ་ག་ནས་ཧཱུྃ་མགོ་ཐུར་དུ་བསྟན་པ་གནས་པ་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུྃ་རིང་སྒྲ་ཡིས་དྲངས། །སྤྱི་ གཙུག་ཚངས་པའི་བུ་ག་འདི་ལ་དབུགས་སོང་ནས་འཁོར་བ་ཁྱོད་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཚངས་པས་ན་ནས། །འོད་ཀྱི་འཕྲོ་འདུ་མགལ་མེ་ཀླད་ལ་བསྐོར་བ་བཞིན། །ཕར་འཕྲོས་པས་ནི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་ལ་ཐིམ། །སླར་འདུས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་རང་གི་སྐུ་ཡི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གང་། །བདག་དང་ལྷའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་མེད་སྐུ། །ཙིཏྟ་སྙིང་སུལ་བརྒྱད་ཡིད་བཞིན་རིན་ཆེན་ཟུར་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི། །རིག་པ་ཉིད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ་གནས་ཀྱང་རྟོགས་དཀའ་བས་གསང་ཆེན་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནས། །རུ་ལུ་འབར་བའི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ན་གནས་པ་ལས། །མགྲིན་པ་གསུང་གི་པདྨའི་ལམ་དུ་ཕྱུང་། །རླུང་ལྔ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཡིན་པར་རྟོགས་དཀའ་བས་གསང་བ་དབུགས་ཀྱི་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱོད། །རིན་ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོའི་རྩ་ཐུགས་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་འདྲ་བའི་རྩ་ཀུན་འདར་མ་དང་ལ་ལ་ནཱ་དང་ར་ས་ནཱ་ནས་དྲངས། །དབུ་ཐོད་པ་དུང་ལྟ་བུ་ཀླད་པ་དུང་ཁང་གཞལ་ཡས་སུ། །ཡིག་འབྲུ་འོད་ཐུགས་ཀར་འོད་མཐིང་ག་གཙོ་ཆེ་མགྲིན་པ་དམར་སྤྱི་བོ་དཀར་དེ་རེ་རེ་ལས་འོད་ལྔ་ཚང་བའོ། །ཀྱི་འཕྲོ་འདུ་གསལ། །སྣ་ནས་རླུང་ལྔ་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་རྒྱུ་བས་ན་ཤངས་ཀྱི་རླུང་སྒྲོམ་ཆེན་པོ་ནས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལས་རྣམས་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་བྱེད་པས་ཧཱུྃ་རིང་སྒྲ་ལས་དྲངས། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རང་ས་ན་གནས་ཡི་གེ་མི་འགྱུར་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཕྲེང་བར་འགྱུར། །དྲིལ་བུའི་སྒྲ་ལྟར་རྒྱུན་མི་ཆད། །དཔལ་གྱི་ཐུགས་དཔལ་བེའུ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི། །འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐུགས་གསང་བའི་ལམ་བརྒྱུད་དེ། །འོད་ཟེར་རྣམས་སླར་འདུས་དཔལ་བེའུ་ཉིད་ལ་གསལ། །བསྙེན་པའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་འཕྲོ་འདུ་ནི། །དུང་ཁང་དཀར་པོའི་སྐུ་ནི་དབུའི་གནས་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། །གསུང་གི་གནས་མགྲིན་པ་པདྨའི་གནས་ཆེན་ལས། །ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གནས་ཐུགས་ཀ་གསང་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རང་སེམས་བྱང་ཆུབ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་ཉིད། །འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པ་རུ་ལུ་གསེར་ཕྲེང་དགོས་འདོད་འབྱུང་བ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །ཧཱུྃ་གཅིག་ལས་མ་སྤྲོས་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་དབུས་དང་དགུ་རུ་ལྡན། །གང་བསམ་འབྱུང་བས་བསམ་འཕེལ་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་ཡིད་བཞིན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འདྲ། །དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དབྱིག །གདོད་ནས་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་རང་ཤར་བས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ སྙིང་པོ་བས། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷའི་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་གསལ། །ལུས་ལ་དྲོད་ཚད་སེམས་ལ་རྟགས་རབ་འབྲིང་ཐ་མ་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡི། །ཆོས་ཉིད་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་དུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱ། །འབྲུ་བརྒྱད་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་ལ་འཕྲོ། །བཟླས་བརྗོད་བསྙེན་པའི་འཕྲོ་འདུས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ཉེ་བར་བསྙེན་པའི། སྐུ་གསུམ་སྐུ་མི་འགྱུར་བ། གསུང་མི་འགག་པ། ཐུགས་མ་སྐྱེས་པ་འབར་བ

我以胜于天神之姿，唱出噜噜之歌。 心性即是语之自性。 语即是咒语。心中明澈之禅定，于意中念诵密咒。 密咒清净且字句清晰。身语意不从一而引至另一，各自于其位清晰显现，从大吉祥心之坛城，至我黑汝嘎之心间日月。 智慧萨埵之量度，即黑汝嘎。 智慧萨埵之心间，珍宝光荣八瓣莲。 命之八瓣，其心髓为八字。 金色绳索悬挂，色黄如星窗之尘埃。 如日光之尘埃。 向外散发，策励诸佛之意。 复又收摄，圆满瑜伽士之珍宝光荣。 我与本尊无二无别，融入菩提心。 于喉间莲花中，从大吉祥语之坛城。 命之精髓，八瓣莲花上有八字。 于秘密处之道中生起，从心间取出，于舌尖上显现。 从秘密喉门散发，为气息之风所动。 于莲花之中央，语之五部清晰显现，无量光佛策励其意。 从鼻孔散发，收摄于鼻腔之大气囊中。 如铁匠之煤炉中，熔铁之火星飞溅。 向外散发，融入十方诸佛之语。 复又收摄，圆满瑜伽士所修之舌莲。 我与本尊无二无别，故语无碍。 于大吉祥身之顶轮，从月亮之坛城。 于月亮上安住之噜噜八字，放射光芒。 从喉间至顶轮，乘风之骏马，为秘密智慧之风所动。 复又收摄于顶轮，头颅如烟室之宫殿。 身之部主毗卢遮那佛策励其意。 毗卢遮那佛心间，噜噜八字化光放射。 从梵穴中，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字头朝下安住，以金刚吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之长音引导。 于顶 髻梵穴，气息由此而出，轮回汝之事业，梵天因此。 光之散发收摄，如火把于头颅上旋转。 向外散发，融入十方诸佛之身。 复又收摄，瑜伽士充满自身之坛城。我与本尊

Singing the song of ruru, clearer than the gods. The nature of mind is the nature of speech. Speech itself is mantra. Clear samadhi in the mind, reciting secret mantras in the mind. Mantras are pure and the letters are clear. Body, speech, and mind are not drawn from one to another, but each manifests clearly in its own place. From the mandala of the great glorious mind, to the sun and moon in the heart of my Heruka. The measure of the wisdom being is Heruka. In the heart of the wisdom being, a precious glorious eight-petaled lotus. The eight petals of life have eight seed syllables as their essence. Hanging from a golden rope, yellow in color, like dust in a star window. Like dust in the sunlight. Spreading outward, it stimulates the commitment of the Buddhas. Gathering again, it fulfills the precious glory of the yogi. I and the deity are inseparable, dissolving into bodhicitta. In the lotus at the throat, from the mandala of the great glorious speech. The essence of life, eight syllables on an eight-petaled lotus. Arising on the path of the secret place, taken from the heart and manifested on the tip of the tongue. Emanating from the secret throat gate, moved by the breath of wind. In the center of the lotus, the five families of speech manifest clearly, stimulating the commitment of Amitabha. Emanating from the nostrils, gathered into the great wind bag of the nose. Like sparks of molten iron flying from a blacksmith's forge. Spreading outward, it dissolves into the speech of the victorious ones of the ten directions. Gathering again, it fulfills the lotus of the tongue cultivated by the yogi. I and the deity are inseparable, therefore speech is unobstructed. On the crown of the head of the great glorious body, from the mandala of the moon. On the moon, the eight syllables of ruru reside, radiating light. Coming from the throat to the crown, riding the horse of wind, moved by the secret wisdom wind. Gathering again on the crown, the brain is like a palace of smoke. The family lord Vairochana stimulates his commitment. From the heart of Vairochana, the eight syllables of ruru radiate as light. From the Brahma's aperture, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is placed head down, guided by the long sound of Vajra Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). On the crown The Brahma's aperture, breath leaves from here, your activity of samsara, Brahma therefore. The emanation and gathering of light, like a torch circling the head. 获得成就二者无别乃不变之身。 意为八个心间，如意珍宝八方之。 觉性本性虽住于坛城，然难以证悟，故从大秘密心之坛城中。 如火燃烧的八字，安住于珍宝心间。 从喉咙发出语之莲花道。 五气难以了悟是佛，故由秘密气息之风推动。 珍宝轮之脉，心间如意宝般的诸脉，从阿达玛、拉拉纳和拉萨纳引出。 头顶如海螺，头脑如海螺宫殿。 字之光，心中蓝光为主，喉咙红色，头顶白色，每一个都具足五光。 之放射收摄明晰。 从鼻孔五气自然运行，故从鼻子的气箱中。 金刚咒之事业皆由吽（ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽）字所作，故从长吽（ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽）音中引出。 身语意安住于自处，字不变为光芒之鬘。 如铃声般连绵不断。 吉祥心，吉祥结于心之坛城中。 智慧勇识黑汝嘎之。 八字，智慧勇识之心，经由秘密道。 光芒再次汇聚，于吉祥结自身显现。 修持之定放射收摄乃： 白色海螺宫殿之身乃头之处，宫殿。 语之处，喉咙莲花大处。 心之处，心间秘密坛城中。 身语意自心菩提八字自身。 不变之如火燃烧金鬘，所需所欲皆能出生之珍宝。 未从一个吽（ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽）字开展，八字具足中央和九。 所想皆能出生，故如意八字如如意珍宝。 三世诸佛之意。 本初无垢之智慧自生故智慧 心要。 智慧本尊之心加持，八字显现为手印。 身体有温度，心中具有上中下三种征兆。 了知法性离戏如是性。 八字智慧于空中放射。 念诵修持之放射收摄，乃亲近智慧本尊之。 三身，身不变，语不灭，意不生燃烧。

The attainment of the two is inseparable, the immutable body. Citta, the eight heart chambers, like a wish-fulfilling jewel with eight facets. Although the nature of awareness resides in the mandala, it is difficult to realize, so from the great secret heart mandala. The eight letters blazing like fire reside in the precious heart. Emerged from the throat into the path of the lotus of speech. It is difficult to realize that the five winds are Buddhas, so they are moved by the secret breath wind. The precious wheel's veins, all the veins like a wish-fulfilling jewel, are drawn from Adama, Lalana, and Rasana. The head is like a conch shell, the brain is in the celestial palace of the conch chamber. The light of the letters, blue light is predominant in the heart, red in the throat, white on the crown of the head, each of which is complete with five lights. The radiating and gathering are clear. From the nose, the five winds flow naturally, so from the great air box of the nose. The activities of the Vajra mantra are all done by Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽), so it is drawn from the long Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽) sound. Body, speech, and mind abide in their own place, the letters become an unchangeable garland of light. Continuous like the sound of a bell. The glorious heart, the glorious knot in the heart mandala. Of the wisdom hero Heruka. The eight letters, the heart of the wisdom hero, through the secret path. The rays of light gather again, appearing clearly in the glorious knot itself. The radiating and gathering of the practice's samadhi is: The body of the white conch chamber is the place of the head, the celestial palace. The place of speech, the great place of the lotus of the throat. The place of mind, in the secret mandala of the heart. Body, speech, and mind, the eight letters of one's own mind, bodhicitta itself. The unchanging, fire-burning golden garland, the jewel that produces desired needs. Not developed from a single Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hum，hūṃ，吽) syllable, the eight letters are complete with the center and nine. Whatever is thought arises, so the wish-fulfilling eight letters are like a wish-fulfilling jewel. The essence of the minds of all the Buddhas of the three times. Since primordial, stainless wisdom arises spontaneously, wisdom Essence. The blessing of the wisdom deity's heart, the eight letters appear as a mudra. The body has warmth, and the mind has three signs, superior, middling, and inferior. Know the nature of reality, free from elaboration, as suchness. The eight letters of wisdom radiate in the sky. The radiating and gathering of recitation and practice is to draw near to the wisdom deity. The three bodies, the body is immutable, the speech is unceasing, the mind is unborn and blazing.
