The Treasury of Sung and Thuk. The three roots of body, speech, and mind's secret life are paramount. From the expanse of the Dharmata of the Ground of All, the self-arisen wisdom of mind arises. Due to weak wisdom, the wisdom of the expanse is not realized as such. Because the Ground of All is realized as the Mother Dharmata, and the self-arisen wisdom of mind as the Father, I confess that the ultimate bindu is non-dual. How things appear, knowing all outer vessels as Father and inner essence as Mother, everything is known as the mandala of deities. If the essence is spoken, it is like fish leaping from a clear lake. Just by reciting the mantra, the body becomes clear. The way of all perfections. May the Mother Dharmata of the Ground of All and the Father of self-arisen wisdom of mind become inseparable, the Dharmakaya. Through skillful means, I confess in the state of realizing that self and deity are non-dual. Then, all the Buddhas spoke these five stages of intention. Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:圆满), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:生起), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:不动) Vajra recitation and focus on the mind. The mind of one's own body and what arises from the mind. Bless oneself, meditate as a deity, and look at the clear light mind itself. The union of appearance and emptiness, these five. Each of the five has three aspects: ordinary, path, and fruit. The ordinary is present in all sentient beings, the path is present in yogis. The fruit is present in Buddhas, holding the three. Each one is also explained as fivefold. These three pervade and abide in each of the five stages. The ordinary Vajra recitation is. This breath of beings. In all beings, the five winds abide as five families. Exhaling is Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:圆满), which is the abode of the body. Inhaling is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:不动), which is the abode of mind and thought. Abiding in the abdomen is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:生起), which is the abode of speech. In one day and night, the breath moves twenty-one thousand six hundred times, but because one does not know that Vajra recitation abides in twenty-one thousand six hundred times, it is called ordinary. Exhaling, inhaling, abiding, and the abode of body, speech, and mind. This is ordinary Vajra recitation. This is said to be unrealized. After realizing the meaning of the above, it becomes the path. Entering Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:不动), etc., the recitation of the path. Entering, abiding, and rising. Meditating on the complete six branches. Vajra recitation is the path. Rising outward is Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:圆满) with two aspects of expansion and contraction, entering inward is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:不动) with two aspects of expansion and contraction, abiding inward is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:生起) with two aspects of expansion and contraction. Fruit

When reciting the Earth Vajra, the three syllables are pure, residing in body, speech, and mind. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), body indestructible adornment wheel. Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), speech. Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), clear in mind. Focusing on the ordinary mind means that desire arises as pleasure, attachment and hatred arise clearly, ignorance arises without thought, and the eight aggregates of consciousness. In form, there are four causal forms and eleven resultant forms. Three feelings. Three perceptions. Fifty actions are associated with the mind. Eighty natures arise, and the method is the male Vajra, the wisdom is the empty female, and the method and wisdom are inseparable, neither male nor female. This is focusing on the ordinary mind. Focusing on meditation on the path means that the body is comfortable as the body, speech is comfortable as speech, and mind is comfortable as mind, with three pleasures, as well as joy, supreme joy, joy of separation from joy, and four innate joys. Three appearances of light: the appearance of mirror light, looking at the face and hands in the mirror. The appearance of sunlight, looking at compassion in the sun. The appearance of candlelight, looking at the mind in the candle. Like the face in the mirror, the form is clear, like the candle, the mind is clear, and like the sun, compassion is clear. Meditating in this way is the path. Focusing on the mind of the result means that the yogi who holds the pride of the deity clearly manifests the body in bliss, and blesses the realm of nectar with bliss, mantra, and wind. མི། The body is formed from the channels of one's own body into the form of a deity, and bliss arises from the realm of nectar, blessed by mantra and wind. The channels are clear as the body, the bliss is the mantra, and the wind is clear in the mind, which is focusing on the mind of the result. The blessing of the ordinary person is the appearance of the nature of sentient beings. The appearances of sentient beings in the three realms arise naturally in the five types, and the five families reside in their own nature. Ordinary people who have achieved human form, etc., obtain a special human body because they have encountered the Dharma of the Vajrayana. From that, taking a little on the path, the Vajra body itself is pure, initially seeing one's own body as Vajra, and because the mantra vehicle determines enlightenment, it is pure from the beginning. རང་ཉིད་དམིགས་ཤིང་ཡིད་འཇོག་པ། Thus, the aggregates, realms, and sources are visualized as the deities of the yidam and dwell in meditation. The behavior itself is also seen as illusion, the behavior of the four times, and the mudras of the deity's body are seen as illusion.
