Therefore, by virtue of having attained wisdom, whether it be a śrāmaṇa or a brahmin, possessing qualities such as the divine eye and knowing the minds of others, whether it be a god or a demon, even Brahmā with great magical powers, there is no basis or reason to argue that the Buddha has not perfectly and completely awakened in accordance with the Dharma. Because there is no fear of being refuted, it is called fearlessness in the perfect and complete enlightenment of all dharmas. The following three fearlessnesses are also explained with similar endings. It is called Sarva Pravakṣaya Jñāna Vaiśāradyaṃ (Tibetan: སརྦ་པྲ་བ་ཀྵ་ཡ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཻ་ཤཱ་ར་དྱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व प्रवकषय ज्ञान वैशारद्यं, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva pravakṣaya jñāna vaiśāradyaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Fearlessness of the wisdom of all cessation), which is fearlessness in knowing the exhaustion of all defilements. Leakage is another name for defilements. If one does not separate from defilements such as desire, even below the peak of existence, one will leak and fall again, so it is called leakage. For one who has abandoned all defilements and knows that they are exhausted, no one can refute that the leakages are not exhausted, and no one can refute with meaning and signs. Because there is no doubt, it is called fearlessness in knowing the exhaustion of all leakages. It is called Antarāyika Dharma Nānyatātva Niścita Vyākaraṇa Vaiśāradyaṃ (Tibetan: ཨན་ཏ་རཱ་ཡི་ཀ་དྷརྨཱ་ན་ནྱ་ཐཱ་ཏྭ་ནི་ཤྩིཏ་བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་བཻ་ཤཱ་ར་དྱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अन्तरायिक धर्म नान्यतात्व निश्चित व्याकरण वैशारद्यं, Sanskrit Romanization: antarāyika dharma nānyatātva niścita vyākaraṇa vaiśāradyaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Fearlessness of the definite prediction of the non-different nature of obstructive dharmas), which is fearlessness in the definite prediction that obstructive dharmas will not change. Obstructive dharmas refer to negligence, shamelessness, lack of embarrassment, etc., which obstruct the noble path and aspects of virtue. Because there is no instance where the prediction and explanation that these are obstructive dharmas do not come true, it is called fearlessness in the definite prediction that obstructive dharmas will not change. It is called Sarva Saṃpadadhigamāya Nairyāṇika Pratisatta Tathātva Vaiśāradyaṃ (Tibetan: སརྦ་བཾ་པ་ད་དྷི་ག་མཱ་ཡ་ནཻརྱ་ཎི་ཀ་པྲ་ཏི་སཏྟ་ཐཱ་ཏྭ་བཻ་ཤཱ་ར་དྱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व संपदधिगमाय नैर्याणिक प्रतिसत्त तथात्व वैशारद्यं, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva saṃpadadhigamāya nairyāṇika pratisatta tathātva vaiśāradyaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Fearlessness of the truth of the definitive path to the attainment of all perfections), which is fearlessness in the unchanging truth of the definitive path to the attainment of all perfections. The Tathāgata said to the Śrāvakas that through the path of liberation, one can attain the perfect bliss of nirvāṇa and completely end suffering. No one, whether śrāmaṇa or brahmin, can refute or change this by saying that it is not the path of liberation. Therefore, it is called fearlessness in the unchanging truth of the definitive path to the attainment of all perfections. Therefore, Vajrasattva resides on the fearless lion throne. It is, named Dashata Tathagata Balam (藏文:ད་ཤ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་བ་ལཾ།, Devanagari: दशतथागतबलं, Romanized Sanskrit: daśa tathāgata balam, Literal Chinese meaning: Ten Tathagata Powers). The Tathagata's wisdom is without obstruction, and there is no hindrance to any object of knowledge. The power of these ten wisdoms surpasses others such as the Shravakas, hence it is called the Ten Powers of the Tathagata. The Tathagata is the one who sits on the Vairochana seat with the ten-powered elephant. Named Yairavana (藏文:ཡཻ་རཱ་བ་ཎ་, Sanskrit unknown, Romanized Sanskrit unknown, Literal Chinese meaning unknown). Iranisa. Avati is the protector, because he is the son of the protector, the elephant is called the son of the land protector. It is connected to the throne of the mighty elephant. The power of knowing the maturation of karma. Karma Vivaga Jnana Balana (藏文:ཀརྨ་བི་བཱ་ཀ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བ་ལ་ན།, Devanagari: कर्मविपाकज्ञानबलं, Romanized Sanskrit: karma vipāka jñāna balam, Literal Chinese meaning: Power of knowing the maturation of karma) refers to the power of knowing the maturation of karma.
