Six arms, white, red, and black. Clear hair and a hook in the right hand. Water knife, katara, and crossed vajra in the left. Adorned with elephant skin, tiger skin, and small bells. Possessing the supreme ornaments of the charnel ground and Naga Lord. To all bodies and so forth, sing this song to subdue the wicked. Lord of indestructible Vajra Dance. Vajra Secret Yama. King of activities, accomplishing deeds. With the blessings of the three marks. With the rays of light from reciting the secret mantra. The sky and the body of light. Saying "Phat (ཕཊ་, Devanagari: फट्, Romanization: phaṭ, meaning: to destroy)" urges action and moves. Filling all realms of the world with light. Burning and purifying with the fire of wisdom. Emptiness filling and light radiating. Great fire of wisdom and knowledge. Cleansing the imprints of all. Light rays emerge from the sky itself. The light rays of the mantra radiate and gather. Burning the sky born from the mind. Accomplishing the activity without consuming demons. Then, the Bhagavan revealed this secret mantra from his own body, speech, and mind: Om Maha Naga Ya Ni Smigta Burbhe Ya Rane Dza Che Ge Mo'i Srog La Maraya Rbada (Oṃ mahā nāgāya ni smigta burbhe ya rane dza che ge mo'i srog la mārāya rbada). If this secret mantra is propagated, it is the supreme activity. It is said to suppress the source of destruction. From the "Banner Mirror Tantra," the chapter on destroying Nagas, the twenty-second chapter. Then, the Bhagavan explained this practice of the Black Corpse-Raising Woman: First, in a very secluded place, in a cave or charnel ground, on black and rough ground, arrange well a cubit or an arrow's length. In the center, place a black triangle, adorned with a cluster of four emanations. At the four doors, place four skull cups and bells. Torma, blood food, various poisons, fruits. Flowers, blood items, poison water, alcohol. Arrange and have five willow branches. In the center, place nectar, lotus blood. Offerings of husks and charnel ground ornaments. Having raised hair, wearing a terrifying field hide of dark black, adorned with gold and pearls on the head, holding a sword in the right hand and a bandha in the left, beautiful with snakes and fresh skulls. Gandharvas, a hundred thousand Naga kings, and Yaksha seats are arranged in order. The four doors are filled with the blood of wrathful deities. The warmth and signs of approach, applied with Vasu's resin. Anoint the blood with a knife and iron utensil. Incense with incense and juniper smoke, if prostrations and circumambulations are performed, then gather. If traveling far to expel, then separate. Punish with wrathful words, fire, and mudras. If the appearance is ugly, then strike. Punish with omens of death and inauspicious signs. If the white woman is beautiful, then take pleasure and laugh. Perform acts of lovemaking. Offer the offering of the radiance of union. Gather the samaya substances in the center of the palace. Show the mudras to the four servant girls. Praise their work as if they were slaves.
