于嗔恨毒海之中央， 于凶残尸林之宫殿中， 于罗刹怖畏所庄严之 宫殿中， 于无门铁城十六之中央， 于十二大坑燃烧之坛城中， 于颅骨燃烧之四城中央， 于充满天铁利刃之宫殿中， 于龙、厉鬼、地主内脏交错之座垫上， 于傲慢男女水牛践踏之上， 于方便智慧日月之座垫上， 铁匠门巴九头命主尊， 身色青黑如罗刹之烟雾， 身着大象尸林之装束， 虎皮裙，颅骨项链者， 耳环、臂钏、手镯、脚镯蛇所饰， 三面空行鸟之首， 食三毒与仇敌之心肺， 三面凶猛忿怒之首， 吞噬凶残之蛇、僵尸、马尸， 三面罗刹怖畏之首， 食腐烂之血肉内脏。 右九手所持者： 初以轮宝断头身与翅膀，二以利剑斩断命脉， 三以金刚摧毁感官， 四以喀章嘎三尖戟， 断除仇敌三毒之根源， 五以短矛刺出心血， 六以巨箭射中心脏， 七扬起田地木杖， 八以金刚交杵， 为成办种种事业之象征， 九以天铁橛， 刺入仇敌之命与脉。 左手初以棒杖， 亦压制仇敌嗔恨之首， 二以木槌摧毁感官， 三以肠索勾摄仇敌， 四以蛇索施放诅咒， 五以期克印焚烧三毒， 六以三尖戟， 断除身语意之命脉， 七以人头杖断头身翅膀，八以弓箭调伏凶残， 九以（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་，梵文天城体：चित्त，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：心）取出并吞噬。 双足巨人之姿践踏，压制邪魔外道， 双足巨人之姿践踏，压制龙、厉鬼、地主， 双足巨人之姿践踏，压制水牛日月， 双足伸屈，方便与智慧之相， 头发毛孔放出毒气。 黑命主，于嗔恨之仇敌前，（藏文：བྷྱོ，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：喝叱声）！ 所应作之事，傲慢者汝应知晓， 无论何者违犯誓言，迅速夺取其身命。 左侧为血发之女魔。
