Sa. The mudra of embracing and holding each other is that of the Wrathful Mother. The right arm is bent, and the left hand is in the posture of holding a bell. It is said to be the mudra of Ekajati, as declared by the heroes. Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of all Tathagatas, the Great Joyful One, because all sentient beings possess the Tathagatagarbha, spoke of this self-nature of his own mind, the pacification of elaboration. I and sentient beings, purushas and agents, etc., the self-nature of things is like emptiness, children grasp dust as real objects. Only Dharma is the object, and that itself does not constitute a direction, neither one nor many. Therefore, it is not empty, it is not emptiness, neither existent nor non-existent, neither unborn nor born, neither permanent nor impermanent, without characteristics and without aspirations, and so on. Therefore, the supreme meaning is that whatever arises from dependent origination, abandoning the extremes of before and after, is unborn in its own nature. Therefore, it is like a Gandharva city, because the nature of dependent origination is unborn, it does not establish arising and ceasing, and it is not regarded as the true meaning, but appears like an illusion. The nature of destruction, decay, emptiness, etc., is dependent origination, and thus Suchness also disappears, like the original nature of space. Whatever dependent origination is seen, from that Suchness, one goes to bliss. Because it pervades all places, it becomes equal and like space. All things are empty, and because of emptiness, in things, there is no difference or distinction, and there is no change. The difference between samsara and nirvana does not exist even in the slightest part. Whatever one is accustomed to, that appears, so ghee and so on are not contradictory. All things such as form, from the Dharma-nature of the nature of all, when seeing form and so on, one goes to bliss by seeing the Dharma-nature. When it becomes a supreme object, it is not seen by omniscience, but the nature of what is to be seen should be realized by the wise. There is nothing to be seen, and seeing that is great. With the great wisdom of emptiness, having truly seen, one is liberated. There is no object seen by wisdom.
