Then cast (it) into the enemy's land, and fight with beings of the animal realm, there is no doubt of death. Again, the wise say (one should) strive. Mount Sumeru is connected to the mountains, the wise encircle it all around, in a manner that is complete with measure, the wise, in the actions of suppression, etc., violently throw the great seed. Again, the effort of the wise is, with barley, mice, foxes, etc., mix the dug-up earth with many (substances). Having shaped the form and made it well, the wise, in the skulls of all horned beings where the great seed dwells, strive to make it dwell well. The one to be subdued, kill with the horns of an animal. After that, the matter of investigation should be done, the hero does not need to investigate in detail. In the charcoal fire of the cemetery, mix the form of the one to be subdued and make it. For those who dwell in the midst of thorns, after going into the cemetery, strive in the fire of the cemetery. The one to be subdued, being burned by the fire, etc., will flee in all directions and die. After that, the hero makes a good effort, by the power of the all-pervading, boundless mantra, after the hero has killed well, the corpse is new and well utilized. When the limbs are being protected, the mouth is completely open. In the cemetery cloths and firewood, etc., whichever form dwells well, place it in its mouth. Together with the fire of the preta, after piercing with a poisonous rope, again, the hero should hold it tightly. The yogi dwells naked, also after smearing with poisonous substances, the great seed should be thrown. Sometimes, the hero and retinue, etc., stretch out their hair, settle their limbs, swing in the sky with ropes in the four directions, this is the act of subduing. The dakinis come to give offerings, and stabilize the pride of the desire gods. There is no need to investigate this in detail. After that, one should truly declare, the peg of the desire god is true, and the images, etc., written on the cemetery cloth, the wise should offer. The one who dwells in the center of the triangle, indicates the head and feet southwest, northeast. On top of what is indicated is the seed, the wise should truly strive. After binding with a vajra rope, also with many poisonous weapons, stab again and again. With effort, the great images, etc., burning and suppressing, etc., are applied to any work of praise. Striking one's own head, quickly pacifies, without doubt. In the chapter on the examination of the great king of little white milk, it ends.

The great union of actions that will surely kill harm is called Samadhi. Then, the Blessed One again spoke from what is called Liberation, this is called Entering All. First, one should diligently perform all actions, perform unobstructed actions, it is something to be done without doubt, on each object of all actions, one should have the sound of urging, general and specific, mantra and mudra, the wise rely on the Vajra Guru. Examining all actions, it is said to be Vajra white mustard. Because it pleases the Buddhas, because it weakens the enemies, the supreme accomplishment of yoga, before accomplishing everything, what is the use of many things? By striving and working hard on other things, it will never be accomplished. With these aspects at all times, in this and other things, the combination of self and others does not change, not even one thing remains. Therefore, white mustard is the king, the wise vidyadhara should accomplish it, the general ritual is by the wise, the first treatise will be completed. Whoever combines wisdom and compassion, the yogi, should recite the secret mantra, and be skilled in unspoken actions. With body and limbs, mudras, with what skill does one accomplish all meanings. From the great king of tantras called the Wisdom Pinnacle of all Noble Tathagatas, the chapter called Examining the Vows of the White Mustard King is the twentieth chapter. Then, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called the Purification of Actions, and from the nature of all Kila, the twelve Kilas were generated, which were extracted from the body, speech, and mind vajras of this very one. The tantra of body, speech, and mind, from many complete examinations, with effort manifested, especially with skillful means, anything can be accomplished. Thus, examining the nature of Kila, it is the realm of practice of the wise, the victorious neem is sandalwood, the thorny one, the wound wood, the fir, the Arka, and others should also examine the characteristics of the four actions, and one should first generate the wood, when examining the nature of everything, thus the wise examine, that which is born from the white earth.
