As these were spoken, the heroes trembled and praised. Alas! From the realm of the Sugatas, the immovable Vajra is utterly terrifying, performing the burning of the world, I bow to the one who holds a sword in the corner of his eye. In the center of the space Vajra, observe the great wrathful one, terrifying and frightening. The Vajra of the mind is adorned as a crown, with wisdom he holds the object to be subdued, with skillful means he raises the crown. This great observation is the vastness of the immovable victor. If a hero meditates, all actions will be accomplished. This is the Samadhi called Unobstructed Accomplishment. From the Great King of Tantras called the Pinnacle of Wisdom of All Blessed Buddhas, the chapter called Observation of the Arising of Wisdom of the Various Emanations of the Holy Immovable One is the twelfth.
