From the essence of meditation: Place the essence on the ten-spoked seat. In the east, place blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུ~ྂ，hūṃ，吽), in the south, place yellow A (ཨ，a，阿), in the west, place red Hari (ཧརི，hari，哈日), in the north, place green A (ཨ，a，阿), above and below, place one white A (ཨ，a，阿) each. In the southeast, place white Kṣe (ཀྵེ，kṣe，刹), in the southwest, place yellow Ma (མ，ma，嘛), in the northwest, place red Me (མེ，me，昧), in the northeast, place green Ta (ཏ，ta，达). From the complete transformation of these, from Hūṃ (ཧཱུ~ྂ，hūṃ，吽) meditate on the vajra sword, from Oṃ (ཨོྂ，oṃ，嗡) meditate on the lord of speech, from Tri (ཏྲི，tri，扎) meditate on the sharp vajra, from A (ཨ，a，阿) meditate on the one wisdom body, from A (ཨ，a，阿) meditate on the bodhisattva vajra, from A (ཨ，a，阿) meditate on wisdom prajñā, from Kṣe (ཀྵེ，kṣe，刹) meditate on the delusion vajra, from Ma (མ，ma，嘛) meditate on the miserliness vajra, from Me (མེ，me，昧) meditate on the desire vajra, from Ta (ཏ，ta，达) meditate on the jealousy vajra. With their respective attire and ornaments, generate bravery, charm, love, wrath, ferocity, and majesty. Radiate light, blazing flames, emanate immeasurable emanations, scattering and gathering. From the heart's essence, radiate light, to manifest the accomplishment to be achieved. The wheel fiercely and swiftly revolves, cutting, crushing, and incinerating the target, all suchness, without exception, reduced to dust. Whatever it is, it will surely be destroyed quickly. This is the explanation of the wisdom mind wheel. From the "Explanation Tantra of Mañjuśrī Wisdom Mind," sixty thousand verses, the chapter on the wisdom mind wheel, the three hundred and eighteenth. Then, the great Vajradhara spoke this secret instruction. For all the wheel secret mantras, one should understand three aspects. Outwardly, it is the image wheel, inwardly, it is the samādhi wheel, secretly, it is the wisdom wheel. Firstly, the form of the secret mantra, written well on silk and so on, possessing interdependent substances and power, complete with empowerment and blessings, combined with the secret-protecting deity, it is said to destroy and liberate all the combinations of the place. Secondly, by meditating in this way, and making offerings and so on, all matters will be accomplished in advance. Thirdly, from the syllables of the secret mantra, cut off afflictions with the symbol of wisdom. This destroys the combinations of the mind. From the heart, wisdom light radiates, from the very nature of the dharmadhātu, it appears as a mudrā of wisdom play. Invocation

I meditate in non-duality, With incense, color, vajra, etc., I delight greatly with offerings, Likewise with tormas, etc. I confess, praise, and take siddhis, Then I turn the three wheels of dharma, The wheel of dharma for taming beings, The wheel of dharma for destroying the four maras, The wheel of dharma for cutting off afflictions. If one can recognize enemies, obstacles, etc., Real and guardian deities, vidyas, Adverse and unfavorable sides, Whatever they are, they should be cut off. If one cannot recognize them, then the forms of the four maras, Aggregates, afflictions, sons of gods, Lord of death, maras, should be cut off. The basis of one's own afflictions, attachment and hatred, Ignorance, jealousy, desire, and The aspects of hatred are, མྂ་, ཨྂ་, རྂ, and ཏྲྂ. Slay and liberate them. Outer circumambulation, inner circumambulation, right circumambulation, left circumambulation, Perform the actions of killing, averting, and protecting, Also avert the stream of arising, What need is there to mention all other views? It is said to subdue one's own demons and executioners, Cut off the obscurations of karma and afflictions, Attain the supreme, perfect enlightenment, Therefore, this is said to be the excellence of the wheel.
