Binding. By such a magical wheel, whatever tasks are undertaken will be accomplished. Thus it is. Then, before the Great Vajradhara, Vajrabhairava requested: "Blessed One, Great Vajradhara, one who has perfected empowerment at the outer time, who possesses vows, the mantra practitioner, the self-nature body abides, by the power of perfect binding, I recite this fierce mantra. Even one who possesses the life force of Brahma will be quickly killed without doubt. The king of all wrathful ones is the noble Vajrabhairava, the supreme lord who is immutable and indestructible, who liberates Brahma, Indra, and the flesh-eaters, who terrifies even the gods of the past. By the terror of the vajra-like body, he subdues the heretics, the terrifying ones, the makers of terror. The wrathful king Vajrabhairava destroys the nine places of clinging and defeats the demons. From his mouths emanate nine fierce mantras, liberating all sentient beings.
