Thus spoke the Lord, the Glorious Lotus Powerful One: This is the chapter on the class of the eight haughty gods, demons, and spirits. On the peak of a mountain where mountains converge, Or in the innermost depths of a great ocean, Cleanse the mandala, Anoint it with the nectar of heart's blood. On a cubit of cloth from a charnel ground, Draw eight ribs and write eight syllables. Mix a torma of various meats, blood, and hearts, With amrita, Mix blood and alcohol, and offer them continuously. Visualize yourself as the Powerful One, Rotate the wheel of the eight-syllable mantra. Torment and suppress the form of whatever you target. If it doesn't work, reverse the eight syllables, Rotate the wheel that strikes the vital point. Take out the best offerings and summon the enemy. Fan and subdue with a yak-tail fan. If successful, show various forms. Roll up the wheel and press it on the remains of the dead.
