Thus it is said. Having attained the yoga of the mind, the limbs that are shown, are individual abandonment and meditation, as well as breath control, emptiness and holding, mindfulness and samadhi, these are called the six limbs of union. Individual abandonment abides in discipline, rejecting other things and abandoning them. That which has this name is called individual abandonment. Abiding in the vows of discipline, how to be pure in just the right way, without the distraction of desire, and without the stain of regret, constantly guarding the senses, as it is the cause of attaining samadhi, this is called individual abandonment. After meditating on the mind and the senses, all arising consciousnesses, having made all faults, are not to be abandoned, nor are they to be regarded as objects and followed by signs. All that appears in the field of experience, always regard yourself as the deity, and practice as the deity itself. The first two, other and pure, these are to be abandoned, the senses are restrained by their own nature, and even by the suffering of suppressing desire, if samadhi is not attained, by the blessing of the Victorious One approaching, it becomes a vessel for meditation. This is called individual practice. Therefore, enjoying happiness is also called individual abandonment. Abandoning what has become a distraction of desire, this is called the samadhi of individual abandonment abiding in discipline. Meditation has connection and object, having the limb of the object. With meditation, desire and sinful, unwholesome dharmas arise from solitary places. Therefore, after that, meditation is explained with reason. The object of meditation is body, speech, and mind, taking the three secrets as the object. Among them, the secret of the body is the mudra of the deity, the form body, color, shape, and movement, eyebrows, eyes, teeth, and lips, face, body, and limbs, the seal of the lotus powerful authority, accomplishing self-benefiting actions. That is, through the aspects of the body, the object of meditation is focused on as a gateway. Among them, the secret of speech is the distinction between sound and non-sound, the hidden "I" sound, the vajra speech, on the heart and tongue of the deity, contemplating the letters of the Dharma, the colors and shapes of the signs, which are also the sound and the meaning of the sound.

With. Examining the nature of reality, examining and analyzing. It is the cause of attaining meditation. The meditation that abides in sound is to be attained by yoga. Abiding at the edge of sound, meditation bestows liberation. Uttering the sound of speech, it is taught primarily through meditation. Here, it becomes a cause of distraction. Therein, the secret of the heart is to visualize Vajrasattva in the heart. Visualizing the wisdom being, that is the sign of the heart. Its meaning is bodhicitta. Abiding in the dharmakaya, severing the signs, that is the nature of the heart. Thus, focusing on the three luminosities is the object of meditation. Everything is gathered by the three secrets. The mudra is completely pure, the deities gather the meaning and the manner of symbols. The limbs of meditation are fivefold: investigation and analysis, joy and bliss, and one-pointedness of mind as the fifth. One focuses on the limbs in the proper manner. On the characteristics of the three secrets, the wisdom that realizes them as they are. Therein, it arises after realization. Therein, the practice is to repeatedly apply the mind to that very thing, and to examine in detail, again and again, its meaning and connections, practicing and entering into it. Therein, one should rejoice, for from the meditation of investigation and analysis, the likeness of the three secrets arises. At that time, being separated from desire, the meaning that has never been experienced before, through experience, becomes unique, and great joy arises. Therein, one should experience bliss, for when the mind is gathered and obtained by that power, the bliss of body and mind will be experienced by it. Therein, one-pointedness of mind is such that when the mind is gathered and transformed in that way, neither the knower nor the known arise as dualistic appearances, but it becomes merely self-aware. This is called meditative absorption. Thus, through these meditations, in order to pacify the mind, and in order to tame it completely, one should also restrain and release the breath. One should take into the methods of training the signs, mantras, and inner and outer marks. Since they appear to the yogi, one should cherish training them greatly. Therein, how to train: male breath, female breath, and neuter breath. Training these three aspects,
