། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བླང་། །དྲིན་ལ་ལན་གྱིས་བླན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །གསང་ནན་སྦྲེང་མཆོད་དབུལ་བར་བྱ། །ཚོགས་བསག་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱང་བའི་ཕྱིར། །འདོད་པའི་དོན་ལ་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། །ངས་ནི་མ་འོངས་ཕྱི་རབས་ལ། །དགོངས་པའི་གོལ་ས་གཅད་པའི་ཕྱིར། །ཁྱེད་ལ་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པར་བྱ། །བདག་གཞན་དོན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་ཉོན། །ཡེ་ནས་ལུས་ཁམས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ། །རྒྱལ་བ་རིགས་ལྔར་གནས་པ་ཡིན། །དགོངས་པ་འཛབ་ལ་བརྟེན་བྱས་ནས། །ལྕགས་ལ་ངར་བཏབ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྱུར། །རང་ལུས་བདུད་རྩི་ཆེན་པོར་གནས། །དྲི་ཆེན་རྣམ་སྣང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས། །བྱང་སེམས་མི་བསྐྱོད་མེ་ལོང་བཞིན། །ཤ་ཆེན་རིན་འབྱུང་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད། །རཀྟ་སྣང་མཐའ་སོ་སོར་རྟོག །དྲི་ཆུ་དོན་གྲུབ་བྱ་བ་གྲུབ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ། །ལུས་པ་མེད་པར་ཡེ་སངས་རྒྱས། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་མ་ལུས་དང་། །ཡི་དམ་བླ་མར་བཅས་པ་དང་། །གྲུབ་ཐོབ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མིང་སྲིང་སོགས། །དུས་གསུམ་ཕ་མའི་ཚོགས་ལ་དབུལ། །ཡེ་ནས་བདུད་རྩི་རྣམ་དག་པ། །མཆོག་དང་ཐུན་མོང་གྲུབ་རྫས་ལ། །མ་རིག་མ་རྟོགས་ལོག་པར་བཟུང་། །དོན་དང་འགལ་བ་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། །བདུད་རྩི་ཆེན་པོའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་འདྲེལ་བ་ཡི། །མཐེབ་སྲིན་རྩེ་སྦྱར་ཨེ་ཡི་གཟུགས། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བླང་། །སྲིད་གསུམ་མ་ལུས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །ཤ་ཡི་མཆོད་པ་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །མ་རིག་གཏི་མུག་གསལ་བ་དང་། །གཟུགས་མེད་འཁོར་བ་སྟོངས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །མི་རྟོག་དངོས་གྲུབ་བདག་ལ་སྩོལ། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། ། ཁྲག་གི་མཆོད་པ་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེན་པ་བཅད་པ་དང་། །འདོད་ཁམས་འཁྲུལ་པ་བཟློག་པའི་ཕྱིར། །བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །སྟོང་གསུམ་མ་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །རུས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །གཟུགས་ཁམས་འཁོར་བ་རྒྱུན་ཆོད་ལ། །གསང་བའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །དུག་གསུམ་རྒྱུ་རྣམས་གཏན་ནས་ཕྱུང་། །བདེ་གསལ་མི་རྟོག་ཤར་བར་མཛོད། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བ་དོང་ནས་སྤྲུགས། །མཆོད་པ་དམ་པ་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྤུན་གྱིས་བསྡུས་པ་ཡིས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མཆེད་དང་ལྕམ་དྲལ་རྣམས། །འཕྲལ་གྱི་རྐྱེན་བགེགས་བཟློག་པ་དང་། །ཡུན་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་བ་དང་། །སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་རྣམས་ཀུན། །མི་ཟད་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་མཛོད། །ཐུགས་བདུད་རྩིའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྟ་མགྲིན་གྱིས། །ཕྱི་རབས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དོན་དགོ

为了获得身语意的成就， 为了报答恩情， 进行秘密的供养。 为了积聚资粮，清净业障， 为了所求之事而祈祷。 我为了未来的后代， 为了断除理解上的偏差， 将为你们好好讲述。 为了自他的利益，请认真听。 本来身体的五种甘露， 安住于五方佛。 依靠意念的念诵， 就像铁被锤炼一样转变。 自身安住于大甘露中， 大便毗卢遮那法界， 菩提心不动如明镜。 大肉宝生平等性， 红菩提阿弥陀个别观。 小便不空成就事业成， 一切无余五甘露， 没有遗漏本来成佛。 十方一切诸佛， 以及本尊上师等， 成就者金刚兄妹等， 供养三世父母众。 本来清净的甘露， 对于殊胜和共同的成就物， 由于无明不了解而邪见执着， 祈请宽恕与意义相违背之处。 从大甘露的海洋中， 方便与智慧结合的， 拇指食指相合埃字形， 获得身语意的成就。 三界一切有情众， 请享用这血肉的供品， 愿无明愚痴得以清除， 以及无色轮回空尽后， 赐予我无分别的成就。 三界一切众生， 请享用这血液的供品， 愿断除贪欲执着， 以及为了遣除欲界之迷惑， 赐予大乐的成就。 三千世界一切， 请享用这骨骼的供品， 愿断绝色界之轮回， 祈请赐予秘密的成就。 愿彻底拔除三毒之因， 愿显现乐明无分别。 愿从根本上摧毁三界轮回， 祈请享用殊胜的供品。 以法兄弟所聚集的， 金刚兄弟姐妹们， 为了遣除眼前的违缘障碍， 以及为了清净长久的业障， 愿身语意一切， 成为无尽庄严的轮之宝藏。 是意甘露供养的禅定。 之后，世尊马头金刚， 为了后世瑜伽士的利益。

To obtain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, To repay the kindness, I offer the secret and profound offerings. To accumulate merit and purify obscurations, I pray for the fulfillment of desires. I, for the sake of future generations, To cut off deviations in understanding, Will explain it well to you. For the benefit of oneself and others, listen carefully. Originally, the five nectars of the body, Reside in the five Buddha families. Relying on the recitation of the mind, It transforms like iron being forged. The self-body abides in the great nectar, The great excrement is Vairochana's Dharmadhatu, The Bodhicitta is immovable like a mirror. The great flesh is Ratnasambhava's equality, The blood is Amitabha's individual discernment. The urine is Amoghasiddhi's accomplishment of action, All without exception are the five nectars, Without omission, originally enlightened. All the Buddhas of the ten directions, And the Yidams and Lamas, The accomplished Vajra brothers and sisters, I offer to the assembly of parents of the three times. Originally pure nectar, For the supreme and common accomplishments, Due to ignorance and misunderstanding, holding wrong views, I ask for forgiveness for contradictions in meaning. From the ocean of great nectar, The union of skillful means and wisdom, The shape of the E with thumb and forefinger joined, Obtain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. All sentient beings of the three realms, Please accept this offering of flesh and blood, May ignorance and delusion be cleared away, And after the formless samsara is emptied, Grant me the non-conceptual accomplishment. All beings of the three realms, Please accept this offering of blood, May attachment and clinging be cut off, And to dispel the confusion of the desire realm, Grant the accomplishment of great bliss. All of the three thousand worlds, Please accept this offering of bones, May the cycle of the form realm be severed, I pray for the granting of secret accomplishments. May the causes of the three poisons be completely uprooted, May bliss, clarity, and non-thought arise. May the three realms of samsara be overturned from their foundations, I pray that you accept the supreme offering. By the gathering of Dharma brothers, The Vajra brothers and sisters, To avert immediate obstacles and hindrances, And to purify long-term obscurations, May body, speech, and mind all, Become the inexhaustible treasury of the wheel of ornaments. It is the Samadhi of the mind nectar offering. Then, the Bhagavan Hayagriva, For the benefit of future yogis.
