O place wanderers of the great Tīra, to the great lord of yoga, without violating the commands and vows, grant accomplishments to those who practice. Whoever transgresses the commands, who obstructs the practitioners, O mother masters, wanderers of karma, please guard the three realms. From the east, the place wanderer of Tīra, runs in the vajra sky at night. Black, with hair of blood, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the radiant lotus, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Skull Garland. From the south, the place wanderer of Tīra, runs in the vajra sky at midnight. Black, with hair of oil, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the winged one, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Lean Mother. From the west, the place wanderer of Tīra, runs in the vajra sky at dawn. Black, with hair of conch shell, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the net woman, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Rārā. From the north, the place wanderer of Tīra, runs in the rays of the vajra sun. Black, with hair of turquoise, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the clawed one, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Wine Drinker. From above, the place wanderer of Tīra, runs at midday in the vajra sun. Black, with hair of gold, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the lightning woman, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Bowl Holder. From below, the place wanderer of Tīra, gathers the shadows of the vajra sun. Black, with hair of copper, the great Tīra swallows in her mouth. She is the emanation of the imp winged woman, the great powerful mother who drinks the blood of the degenerate. She is known as the Rakshasi Basin Holder. You six-time mothers, also, as in your previous vows, please guard the practice activities. Enjoy the blood of the degenerate, grant accomplishments to those who are not degenerate, please accomplish the entrusted tasks. From the Tantra of the Great Empowerment Gathering, the thirtieth chapter, the place wandering of the messenger Tīra, is complete. The Vidyādhara yogi who has obtained power over life, in order to subdue demons and the arrogant, from the Tantra of the Great Empowerment Gathering.

From there, this chapter of "Shorwa Zhonnu" was spoken. From the beginningless end of time, the arrogant demons and Ishvara, consuming all realms of the world, the great terrifying blood drinker, Shorwa Zhonnu and others, the arrogant demons and Yama, after being killed by the immeasurable fourfold compassion, the corpse lying supine, in the southern continent of Jambudvipa, it is said to have become the land of the risen corpse. Rudra's head is in the southwest, the feet are in the northeast, the two hands are extended to the left and right, all stretched out without obstruction. Therefore, this land of Jambudvipa, auspicious, wonderful, and full of compassion, is the place where Dharma and miracles arise, and it was prophesied to be the place where miracles occur. Rudra's body is Jambudvipa, the heart is the place of Magadha, the name of the charnel ground is Cool Grove, guarded by Radiant Mother and Gauri, possessing both wisdom and courage. Rudra's head is in the south, the charnel ground is the island of Simhala, guarded by Winged Mother and Tsouri, possessing the magic of seeing and hearing. Rudra's right hand is in the southeast, the charnel ground is Nepal, guarded by Lightning Mother and Pukka, there is food and enjoyment. Rudra's left hand is in the southwest, the charnel ground is the great land of Sala, guarded by Clawed Mother and Beta, it is the place of powerful Rakshasas. Rudra's right foot is in the northeast, the charnel ground is the great land of Li, guarded by Net Mother and Chanda, it is Dakini, accomplishing fire and water. Rudra's left foot is in the northwest, the charnel ground is the great land of Kashmir, guarded by Vulture Winged Mother and Prama, there is happiness and fulfillment. Rudra's phallus is in the upper direction, the charnel ground is the great land of Oddiyana, guarded by Swift Fire Mother and Ghasma, it is a wealthy gathering, holding siddhis, many who attain siddhis are there. All of Rudra's internal organs, the charnel ground is the great land of Zahor, Lanka Puri is the place of Rakshasas, guarded by Amodi and Smashasha, possessing Rakshasas, Rakshasis, flesh-eaters, and wealthy enjoyments. By the blessing of the compassion of the Glorious One, having tamed and slain from Ta, in this sacred mandala of the earth, in the past time, it has occurred before, blessed by all the Buddhas.
