放射六十俱胝的光芒，以光芒压伏天龙等俱胝众生的禅定，安住于如积聚的太阳云团之上，结成自身菩提胜妙之手印，念诵：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。 如是念诵，如法安住。之后，我之足所化现，镇压八大忿怒尊者，其身形九种姿态，如梦般消失，以真实之威力，压伏一切，化为不可摧毁的八个吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，获得四方八地上下之权。如是瑜伽自在者，以微细之方便，无相而为一法界，不为名相所碍，如法了知。从法界平等性中，观世音、吉祥、顶髻，以及了知楞伽经的禅定阿罗汉等各自区分，而瑜伽智者之自在力，能摧毁一切魔众。安乐逝者寂灭者，乃是摧毁一切魔众之神。譬如瑜伽自在者，以种种方便，梵天帝释等再三供养，以及彼等一切应作之事，皆为净除，彼等乃是奴仆之众。譬如殊胜之誓言，不应受到贬低，三界一切自在母，胜妙聚集众妃嫔，猛厉言说所作事，以妩媚之姿装饰后，于侍奉心中之渴望，以智慧之众圆满具足。平等之法界即是智慧，二者若能确定平等，则能自在三千世界，不为邪魔所侵。于世间界犹如四海，于无色界一切皆是虚空之声。譬如在自己的住所，将自己的藏红花切碎撒布，将自己的香气作为坛城，以鲜花花环遍布装饰。熏香、杜鲁香、沉香，以及荔枝、樟脑，和肉豆蔻等皆为殊胜赞叹。手之量度最佳，寂静为六指圆润，增益为八指有八角，怀爱以弯月为佳，猛厉则……

Radiating sixty crore rays of light, entering into the samadhi that subdues gods, nagas, and other beings by the crore, residing upon the assembled mass of sun-like clouds, sealing the hand gesture of supreme enlightenment, reciting: Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). Thus, the great lord of yoga, with subtle means, is one realm without characteristics, not obstructed by names and signs, to be known properly. From the equality of the realm of dharma, Avalokiteśvara, Shri, Ushnisha, and those who know the Lankavatara Sutra, the meditators and arhats who distinguish them separately, the power of the yogi's wisdom is to utterly destroy all demons. The Sugatas, the departed ones, are the gods who destroy all demons. For example, the great lords of yoga, with various means, are repeatedly worshiped by Brahma, Indra, and others, and all the commands that they must do are purified, they are the assembly of servants. For example, the supreme vow is not to be disparaged, the mother who is the sovereign of all three realms, supremely gathering consorts, whatever fierce speech is made, adorned with a gathering of coquetry, in the longing of the serving heart, fully endowed with the gathering of wisdom. The equality of the realm is wisdom itself, if the two are definitely equal, then one will control the three thousand worlds, not being devoured by demons. In the world realm, like the four oceans, in all the formless realms, the sound of the sky.
