于食子念诵，敲击法器。第一天念诵的咒语：帕ra玛亚 吽 帕特。第二天：穆尔扎亚 帕特。第三天：惹格扎ra匝亚 吽 帕特。第四天：玛ra亚 吽 帕特。念诵夏姆布，稳固根本。如所说修持的咒语。又是秘密的黑肉，念诵者所说的三个秘密咒语：亚玛ra匝 萨多美亚，黑肉，某某，啪达。亚玛达，日拉 棒 日拉 啪达 亚。亚米多如那，哟达亚。肉，某某，心上，多如美 棒 日拉 啪达 亚。亚达哟尼ra亚 克谢亚。阿雅 肉，某某 棒 日拉 啪达 亚。亚克谢亚 匝尼ra玛亚。扎 肉 西格，某某，图姆 日拉 啪达 亚。如所说诛杀的咒语。若有秘密名号，则极好。若无，则用名字。于此用拳头击打。念诵之时，有日夜二时。夜晚所说寂静的咒语：嗡 如如 扎 肉。莫德 孜宁 卡惹格哲 哲 肉 达玛 娘 辛莫 如如 顿 贝。嗡 辛匝 度卡 夏格 心上 啪达。匝度 达玛 娘 杰 维 布 肉 匝巴 帕ra玛拉。嗡 匝德 嘎玛 如ra恰 巴列 达玛 娘 扎 扎 辛莫 卡拉 啪达。嗡 肉莫 如如 匝巴拉。扎莫 哲德 夏日 心上 玛ra亚 啪达 亚。白天转，夜晚也转。以方便和智慧二者无别而说。森普 卡阿塔 布达的心中生出。转绕之时，驱使屠夫、门巴四八。此秘密咒语，血战黑法，是心之所生。事业中常驱使屠夫。口中常念阿卓。出自月密黑续，森普 卡阿塔之品，第九品。又问世尊。世尊啊，猛厉之业有多少？答曰：世尊说：听着，金刚锐利者你。于真实法身寂静中，此时文殊愤怒尊，名为阎魔敌，宣说转轮之仪轨。依此所具之口诀，如其所生之仪轨，于尸林寂静处等，绘制坛城。以牛黄香涂抹。内外以供养方式陈设。转绕会供轮。开始绘制轮和安放。具足咒语瑜伽者，面向南方而坐。忆念誓言。十七。

Again, with secret black meat, the three secret mantras spoken by the reciter: Yama raja sato me ya, black meat, so-and-so, phat. Yama ta, ril bam ril phat ya. Ya mi to ru na, yo ta ya. Meat, so-and-so, on the heart, to ru me bam ril phat ya. Ya ta yo ni ra ya kshe ya. Arya meat, so-and-so bam ril phat ya. Yakshaya tsa ni ra ma ya. Trag meat shig, so-and-so, thum ril phat ya. Tsadu dama nyam je wib meat tsapa pra ma la. Om tsati kama ruru raksha pale dama nyam tram tram sinmo khala phat. Om ragmo ruru tsapala. Tragmo troti shari on the heart maraya phat ya.
