Guhyacandraśrī, Kālītantra. In Tibetan: Glorious Secret Black Tantra. Homage to the King of Terrors, Yamāntaka! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan, the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, the essence of all great Kings of Terrors, the profound speech that cannot be expressed, speaking in various sounds, in a place where all remembrance and awareness do not stray from the spontaneously accomplished intention from the very beginning. With the nature of abiding in the vajra posture, from the uncreated power of the nature of appearance, with a mandala like a sun of light that illuminates everything, burning away all the habits of existence, which is the Akanishta realm. A palace without center or edge, born from the substance of the wisdom jewel charnel ground, the nature of the mandala of the great charnel ground spread in all ten directions by the six realms. From the midst of the turbulent waves of the sea of blood, on top of the great Mount Sumeru of skeletons, on top of the swirling vajra flames, below, a fierce place sealed with crossed vajras painted with eye patterns, called the place of subduing rakshasas. There are bloodstains from killing beings, collapsed walls from war, piles of corpses from massacres, like rocks and rakshasas gathering together. The mountains are like collapsing piles of ashes, the valleys are like being burned by fire, the plants are like fleeing barefoot, like hiding bird eggs and human corpses. This is the place of wrathful Manjushri. Now, in accordance with the scriptures, if practiced for a long time, demons will not invade. Vows will not be broken, samadhi will be firm. Yogis who possess these qualities will create boundaries, bless, and offer torma. From this number of days onwards, if this fierce activity is not accomplished, the yogi practitioner in this place should take this torma and move elsewhere until it is accomplished. Give the torma and proclaim the instructions. Then, build the mandala according to the scriptures, place the samaya substances in a fragmented manner, bless the paint slightly, and write whatever Manjushri palace there is. Arrange offerings and invite the deities. This is the order of the fierce place, the oral instruction tantra, Secret Black Moon.

From the Tantra of Ī, the third chapter, which is the order of places. Now, the object of subjugation is shown. The objects of subjugation are said to be seven: falling from vows, falling from life, falling from meaning, falling from commands, falling from signs, falling from actions, and falling due to perverse desires. The characteristics of each of these are: falling from life is killing the Khenpo, killing disciples, and making evil curses. Falling from vows is deceiving disciples, cutting off the lineage of mantras and mudras, and spreading secret instructions to others. The characteristic of falling from commands is: if vows are established, then bodily faults are revealed; if competing with practice, then rebukes are made; if instructions are shown, then slanders are made; if truth is shown, then it becomes inverted; if the realization of meaning is shown, then wrong views are held. Falling in meaning is doing what should not be done, manifestly holding onto materials and instruments, actually using cushions, responsibilities, unions, and liberations, abandoning views and samadhi, openly displaying rude behavior, directing anger, ferocity, and pride towards oneself, wrongly understanding the instructions of meaning, being skilled in inverted meanings, abandoning the bow of commands and starting to create, and having no regard for evil actions. The characteristic of falling from actions is: practice comes into the mind of actions, in the absence of previous Khenpos and disputes, arrogantly seeking disputes, arguing with oneself without refutation, robbing oneself where there is no place to rob, creating harm without one's own fault, and applying power to oneself. This is the action of falling from actions. Furthermore, falling from actions is: rebuking for unimportant matters, harming oneself for unprofitable matters, and coming to practice where there is no result. The characteristic of falling from signs is: falling because of holding partiality towards the Dharma, falling because of slandering views, holding onto the Dharma with signs, and saying: 'I employ gods and demons as servants. No matter who competes with power, great glory will arise in my experience.' This is falling from signs. The characteristic of falling from desires is: saying to listen to the Dharma without knowledge, making noise and clamor, desiring great power and skill, behaving rudely, wearing human heads, splitting hair, hanging red tormas on the chest, wearing animal skins on the shoulders, carrying black feathers, abandoning scriptures, doing various things that should not be done, smearing the face with blood, waving wooden sticks, abandoning scriptures, following in their footsteps, even if tying a vajra stake, destroying mantra holders, and even if becoming poison, eating it. If wanting to obtain, then all the texts
