Hrāṃ vaśaṃ pamaṭa hūṃ raṃ svāhā! Thus, after offering the offerings, and burning the remaining skull, and making fierce prayers, and accomplishing the four activities, also strike the dance of empowerment with skillful means. By this, the end of the work will also be accomplished. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Play of Supreme Horse, the chapter on performing the empowerment fire offering, the one hundred and seventeenth. Then again it was declared, like killing the black Rudra, to build a palace there, and the flesh and blood of the killed Rudra, to arrange and perform the fire offering. This arrangement is to arrange for all the deities of empowerment. This killing of the great non-believer, fulfill this with a fierce vow. This great place of the basis of this, arrange for the king of empowerment himself. This essence of the crown of this, arrange for the king Hayagriva himself.
