།སེམས་དང་ཕྱི་མོ་གཉིས་མེད་ཡིན། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན། །ཐམས་ཅད་གཉིས་ཀའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན། །ཐམས་ཅད་གཉིས་མེད་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཡིན་ལ་གང་ཡང་མིན། །དེ་ཕྱིར་བཤད་པར་དཀའ་བ་ཡིན། །པདྨ་ཞེས་སུ་གྲགས་པ་ནི། །སྐྱོན་གྱིས་མ་གོས་པདྨ་སྟེ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ལ་བཤད་པ་ཡིན། །གོས་པ་མེད་པས་པདྨ་སྟེ། །ནམ་མཁའ་དཔེ་ལ་བཞག་པ་ཡིན། །འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པས་པདྨ་སྟེ། །དེ་ཡང་ནམ་མཁའི་དཔེ་ལ་བཞག །བྱས་པས་གོས་པ་མེད་པ་སྟེ། །དང་པོ་དེ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་དང་། །བར་དུ་དེ་ཡི་བྱ་བ་བྱེད། །ཐ་མ་དེ་ཡི་རྒྱུད་འཛིན་ཕྱིར། །དེས་ན་རིགས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན། །ཞིང་ཁམས་ཞེས་ནི་བྱ་བའི་དོན། །སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཏེ། །སྣང་བ་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྣང་བ་ཡིན། །ཞིང་ནི་མ་རྟོགས་ཆོས་ཉིད་ངང་དུ་བསྒྲལ་བས་ཞིང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་རྩད་བཅད་ཁམས་ལ་བྱ། །པདྨ་ཀུན་འདུས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ། །རིགས་བཞིའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ། །ཀུན་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བས་པདྨ་རིགས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡིན། It is. Crossing the fingers of the left and right hands, making the shape of wings, is the Mudra of Victory over the Three Realms. The two fingers forming the Hum Mudra, is the Mudra of the Great Accomplisher of Hum. Being in a state of stretching, contracting, and opening, with the right hand clenched into a fist, and the left hand making a striking gesture, is the Great Cemetery Mudra. The ten fingers tightly crossed, is the gesture of blocking the path of the six realms, is the Mudra of purifying the evil realms. The two thumbs tightly crossed, with the remaining eight fingers pointing upwards, is the Mudra of the Spontaneous Accomplishment of the Assembly of Lineages. Each Mudra corresponds to a letter, each letter radiates light, it is known as reciting mantras and forming Mudras. Furthermore, elegant postures and gaits, dances and performances, are said to be offerings of Mudras. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, it is the one hundred and eighth chapter on the extensive explanation of mantras and Mudras. Then Vajrapani again requested the powerful king in this way: Emaho! King, Great Assemblage of all Buddhas, what does 'Horse' mean? What does 'Supreme' mean? What does 'Play' mean? What does 'Tantra' mean? Please, King of the Assemblage, explain. Please listen from the Supreme Assemblage. Thus he requested. The Great Powerful Assemblage said: Listen, emanation Vajrapani. The meaning of 'Horse' is explained, the horse is the stallion of the mind. The all-knowing one is called Supreme, it is both the past and the not-past. Mind and female are non-dual. Everything is of the nature of wrathful ones, everything is of the nature of peaceful ones, everything is of the nature of both, everything is of the nature of non-duality. Everything is, and yet nothing is. Therefore, it is difficult to explain. 'Play' refers to the intention of the Sugatas, as the Buddhas have said. Dharma-nature also plays in Dharma-nature, therefore it is called Play. 'Tantra' refers to the lineage, it is the lineage of the Sugatas' intention. Thus it is said. Then again He requested: Alas, Great Powerful Assemblage, what does 'Lotus' mean? What does 'Lineage' mean? What does 'Pure Land' mean? Please explain these meanings. Thus he requested. The Great Powerful Assemblage said: That which is called 'Lotus' is,
