此智慧宝瓶，祈请诸佛加持，祈请善逝灌顶。祈请长寿与智慧天女，以及香母、花母、光明母、香水母，汇集五大精华，于今赐予成就。祈请伟大的天女，供养诸位善逝，令诸佛海欢喜，激励誓言之友，供养诸佛，赐予一切成就之主。祈请善逝激励誓言之流，献上欢喜之供养后，赐予神通成就，赐予长寿与智慧成就，祈请宝瓶充满长寿，将一切寿命凝聚成丸和明点，如是祈请。 《骏马嬉戏续》中，第一百零六品，长寿祈请品完。 为了平息障碍和魔障，也设立内外秘密的界限，也祈请过去的母神们，也进行勾招和摄伏的事业。吽，薄伽梵莲花嘿汝嘎，拥有愤怒至尊方便之身，穿着美丽的红色法衣。莲花忿怒自在母，心咒是长寿的字母阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）。字母阿红色光芒闪耀，是寿命自性安住之所依。红色寿命充满长寿，拥有与虚空同等的身体，也拥有与虚空同等的语言，也拥有与虚空同等的心意。祈请赐予如山般稳固的寿命，祈请赐予悦耳动听且名声远扬的语言寿命，祈请赐予清晰且不退转的智慧寿命。祈请赐予身语意之寿命祥瑞。薄伽梵部的四位忿怒尊，观想为具有八种服饰庄严。宝瓶充满长寿和精华，祈请赐予身语意之成就。四位部族之母，秘密之母，祈请赐予寿命之成就。四方神之净土中，八位具光母等忿怒母，身色红色光芒四射，右手拿着树枝摇动，左手拿着珊瑚宝瓶，心间各自有月亮，月亮上各自有寿命的种子字（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུ，梵文天城体：आयु，梵文罗马拟音：āyu，汉语字面意思：寿命）。祈请赐予寿命之成就。诸佛的加持，在此赐予，赐予长寿与智慧。八位大药母们，右手摇动树枝，左手拿着宝瓶，身色红色，具有庄严，祈请赐予寿命之成就。

This wisdom vase, please bless all Buddhas, please empower the Sugatas. Please, goddess of longevity and wisdom, as well as Dhupa Ma, Pushpa Ma, Aloke Ma, and Gandhe Ma, gather the essence of the five elements, and grant accomplishment here today. Please, great goddess, offer to all Sugatas, delight the ocean of Buddhas, inspire the vow-friends, offer to all Buddhas, the lord who bestows all accomplishments. Please, Sugatas, inspire the stream of vows, and after offering the pleasing offerings, grant the accomplishment of clairvoyance, grant the accomplishment of longevity and wisdom, please fill the vase with longevity, condense all life into pills and bindus, thus requested. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the one hundred and sixth chapter, the chapter of longevity request is complete. In order to pacify obstacles and hindrances, boundaries of outer, inner, and secret are also established, and the past mothers are also invoked, and the activities of summoning and subduing are also performed. Hum, Bhagavan Padma Heruka, possessing the body of the supreme wrathful method, wearing beautiful red garments. Padma Krodheshvari Ma, the essence is the letter A of longevity (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A). The letter A, red, blazes with light, the support where the nature of longevity abides. Red Ayu is filled with longevity, also possessing a body equal to space, also possessing speech equal to space, also possessing mind equal to space. Please grant a life as stable as a mountain, please grant a speech-life that is melodious and renowned, please grant a mind-life that is clear and irreversible in wisdom. Please grant the auspiciousness of body, speech, and mind life. The four wrathful ones of the Bhagavan family, visualize them as possessing eight ornaments of clothing. The vase is filled with longevity and essence, please grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. The four mothers of the family, the secret mothers, please grant the accomplishment of Ayu longevity. In the pure lands of the gods in the four directions, the eight wrathful mothers such as Gauri, body color red, radiating light, the right hand holding a branch and waving, the left hand holding a coral vase, each with a moon in their heart, each with a seed syllable of longevity on the moon (藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུ，梵文天城体：आयु，梵文罗马拟音：āyu，汉语字面意思：Longevity). Please grant the accomplishment of longevity. The blessings of the Buddhas, grant here, grant longevity and wisdom. The eight great Phramen, the right hand waving, the left hand holding a vase, body color red, possessing ornaments, please grant the accomplishment of Ayu longevity.
