Then, the Bodhisattva Lotus Activity again said to the King of Power: Please explain the activities of recitation. Thus he requested. The King of Power said: Listen, great Bodhisattva of Activity. Listen well and keep it in mind. The explanation of the activities of recitation is: Body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. The garland of letters revolves. From the revolution of that letter, the garland of eight-syllable mantras becomes clear. First, the revolution urges the gods. Second, it urges the mothers and dakinis. Third, it cultivates the dakinis of activity. Fourth, it cultivates in the state of non-duality. The revolution subdues the disbelievers with revolution. From that, offerings go there, and accomplishments come here. Revolving in the manner of stacking small clay stupas. This is called great accomplishment, called accomplishment of activity. Abiding in closeness is cultivation. Revolution is said to be great accomplishment. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the chapter on recitation and accomplishment is the thirty-third. Then, the Bodhisattva Lotus Activity again said to the Bhagavan King of Power: Alas, Supreme Power, Lord of Activity. Please explain the activities of suppression. Thus he requested. The King of Power said: Listen, Bodhisattva of Activity, listen. I will explain the activities of suppression. Be sure to keep it in mind. For the subjugation of great Matangis, the suppression of ga sho tha thod is for the sake of the ultimate completion of activity. Likewise, the activities of suppression are: Draw a wheel with eight spokes. In the center, draw limbs, branches, and a face with a head. Draw it with five senses. Finally, draw the shape of Jambudvipa, blazing at the tip of the cross. Bind it with an inauspicious rope. Arrange it with poisonous weapons and substances of flesh and blood. Place a Monnam or the skull of a descendant. Or place it under three mountains, on the seashore, or by a single tree. This is auspicious for the activity of suppression. If suppressed in this way, it will not rise again. Thus he said. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the chapter on suppression is the thirty-fourth. Then, the Bodhisattva Lotus Activity again said to the Bhagavan Lotus King of Power: Alas, Bhagavan, Lord of Secrets, when subduing all the poisons of samsara and all the great arrogant ones, how should one conduct oneself in ascetic practice? How should one view?

How should I observe? How should I protect the vows? King of Power, please bestow your command! Thus he requested. The King of Power bestowed his command: Warrior of Action, please speak, it is good! All doubts should be severed. When taming samsara, practice asceticism in this way. Observe the view in this way. Regard yourself as the wrathful form of wisdom, regard samsara as the field of liberation. It has been said that the liberation of vows is the great liberation of vows. With unobstructed asceticism, that liberation without doubt, practice great asceticism in this way. Entering the attire of a madman, Even if you traverse all actions, do not despise fierce actions. Do not avoid the path, do not prostrate. Hold the rosary and staff in the same way. With the great attire of wrath, walk and dwell on a high platform, eat food without sweetness. Whatever you encounter, suppress and strike. Run without fatigue. Perform all actions with a wrathful demeanor. Having entered the attire of the four asceticisms, utter fierce roars in the four directions. The great asceticism of the horse is, having made a majestic posture, leap over the three sweets and utter a roar. Extend your hands forward and your feet backward. Sit or walk without fatigue. hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: great bliss). From hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: great bliss), arise the assembly of the blazing supreme horse, the wrathful one utters a fierce roar. The one with a horse's head fills the three realms, taming all scattered malice. The supreme horse also sends down rain, striking and running against the assembly of malice. This is the asceticism of the horse. The asceticism of the dog is fiercely blazing, possessing a majestic and fierce roar. The right hand is the action of the hand, the right hand makes the posture of striking, extending, and leaping. jaḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: descent) With jaḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: descent), arise the dog of blazing wisdom, the wrathful one utters a fierce roar. The one with a dog's head fills the three realms, the fierce roar resounds in the ten directions. The guardian kings tremble and vomit blood. With meditation without fatigue, destroy all malice. The great asceticism of the bird, possessing fierceness and majesty, liberates the malice of existence. From ku (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: कु, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ku, Chinese literal meaning: sound) and ye (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ये, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ye, Chinese literal meaning: this) arise the assembly of bird heads, the blazing light fills the three realms, extending the wings of skillful means and wisdom to the left and right, in front grasping with vajra claws, soaring and whirling.
