之方乃疾病与众苦，息灭且增寿命与福报。从黑色之方，寿命与福报尽摄持。令狂痴、喑哑之业，无碍速疾作。为护持教法故，速疾成办之。若越此，乃欺骗佛陀胜者之身，三世诸佛请击首与心。如是于诸佛五眼前承诺立誓之，如立誓般，速疾作事业。瑜伽士我之眷属等，汝之口中降下甘露雨，息灭疾病众与痛苦众。增殖财物、谷物之堆积，与珍宝、行畜诸牲畜。诋毁上师且轻蔑三宝之威严，于我作善法障碍之仇敌，从汝之腹中吐出毒气，令四聚之病聚集，令四肢堕地而击打，令五脏六腑从腹中吐血，令恶业眷属于哀号中受苦，降下空行母众之凶兆，如誓言般，为所托之事速疾作。如是赞颂且托付事业后，降下渴望之瘟疫于各方，聚集母命而杀之。如是说。吉祥阎魔法王黑秘密根本续中，宣说瘟疫之主母曜之月秘密品第六十六。其后，世尊阎魔敌如是说：为降伏违逆，降下各种恶疾之方便，此母曜之秘密修法月秘密明点，方法之结合虽多，然摄为四种。无上成就力自生，世间成就意义之力量，缘起成就之结合，乃从物之能力所生。有鬼与物二者，未得名目而显差别，二种相已明示，已示物与鬼二者。速疾杀害之结合，任何亦无胜于此者。黑、紫、白母曜，与红色众之事业中，虽已放出众多瘟疫，然一切之手印拉玛底，修此等而降病时，各种瘟疫充满三千世界。

Those enemies who slander the lama and despise the dignity of the Three Jewels, and who create obstacles to my virtue, may you expel poison from your belly, gather the diseases of the four elements, let the four limbs fall to the ground and strike, let the five vital organs vomit blood from the belly, let the retinue of evil deeds suffer in lamentation, send down the evil omens of the assembly of Garuda kings, and according to the oath, quickly perform the entrusted task. Having praised and entrusted the task in this way, send down the desired epidemic in all directions, gather the life of the mother and kill it. Thus it was said.
