Red cemeteries are arranged sequentially on the right. Śakti Triśūla hangs down from the neck on the left. Hair is erected in a single bundle, with braids coiling to the left. A snake is tied around the waist, adorned with a garland of skulls. Behind the ears are flower headdresses, fluttering black banners. The right ear has the head of a snake. Bells jingle from the neck, the left ear. A lion flutters from the neck, wearing a fresh skull necklace. Riding a donkey and a kapāla, along with other great ornaments. Meditate on being adorned with thousands of fierce ornaments. The meditative hero emanates light from Hūṃ. Emitting the light of burning iron hooks, Intensely stimulating the life force of the Great Self, Filling the three thousand worlds with the worldly mother. The assembly of Yama is also the same. Contemplate being surrounded by all those who threaten life. Like this, again and again, Until a hazy illusion arises in the mind. Thus, intensely meditate with the mind. If distracted, nothing will be accomplished, The chief and other worldly mothers, Tightly grasping the heart of what is to be done, Emitting sounds, eyes flickering, uttering "Oh, oh, tsk, tsk." Spewing Gambu dust from the mouth, dripping, vomiting blood. Uttering "What to do, oh, oh," nearly losing breath. Visualize entering the container of Tūn. Meditate like this, and let the executioner control. In a pleasing manner, offer this praise: Glorious Black Mother, invincible lord of the three realms. Although inclined towards the three liberations to accomplish my benefit, Yet, by the power of compassion, subsequently attaining, Benefiting beings with various skillful means of wisdom.

The first left hand holds the weapon Shakti. The lower hand holds a trident, with a banner hanging from the left. Wielding weapons like the Shakti sword, she wears a necklace made of the skulls of Asuras. She is beautifully adorned with the wet hide of an elephant as an upper garment, and her lower body is wrapped in buffalo skin, with half of it being a yellow cliff-like skirt. She has a belt made of the four Naga kings. Both feet are beautifully decorated with iron shackles. Blood and oil droplets are painted on the weapons. She rides a donkey and a mule, wandering through graveyards at night. Her voice roars like a conch and a dragon, summoning the Matrikas, Dakinis, and flesh-eaters. She resides in the palaces of Yama in the southern direction. From the sacred land, she manifests a body with form. Merely by attaining mastery in Samadhi and going to the realm of form, Brahma and others prostrate before her. When she goes to the realm of Paranirmita-vasavartin, Mahadeva closely embraces her body. When she goes to the Trayastrimsa heaven and its four gardens, the gods hold their breath and prostrate before her like a king. When she destroys the Asuras, all the Asura kings prostrate before her. When her body is taller than Mount Meru, the sun and moon rise from the direction directly in front of her navel. Indra and the guardian deities prostrate before her. She can ignite fire from the depths of the ocean and dry it up. All the lords of the underworld prostrate before her. Goddess, by showing these miracles of yours, the Maras and the king of Yama tremble and submit. The Matrikas, Dakinis, and flesh-eaters laugh fiercely. From the self-arisen palace covered with a jeweled tent, the mandala of stacked sun and moon blazes. Gathering the essence of poison from the ten directions of the world, she dissolves it into the mandala of the sun. Black poisonous vapors rise from all directions, causing four hundred and four diseases from within. Therefore, the mistress of diseases vows to obey. Gathering the essence of nectar from the ten directions of the world, she dissolves it into the mandala of the moon. White nectarous vapors rise from all directions, cutting off the four hundred and four diseases from their roots. Nectar is the king of medicine, and vows to obey. Whoever has faith in you, you treat them with love. Therefore, you are the mistress of diseases and the lord of medicine. I always praise you, Goddess. In the presence of the Victorious Shakyamuni Buddha, at this time, for as long as I exist in Samsara,
