祈请护持我佛法，于此怖畏金刚坛城中，助我成就心中愿，护持神圣之教法。降伏诛灭诸恶毒，压制阎摩邪魔等。敬献可怖尊颜前，如意供品祈纳受。吽，以慈悲度化诸恶毒，献供令阎摩本尊父母喜，悦意供品祈纳受。吽，十方无垠虚空界，隐藏潜伏四面母，虚空之中雷声震，虚空界中电光闪，须弥山顶降冰雹，血雹倾盆而降临。我今敬献诸誓物，种种供品祈纳受。三角墨黑烈焰空，马尸垒砌为城墙，人尸遍布为地板，人尸马尸之座上，耸立须弥庄严身，至尊本尊怖畏尊，一面二手青黑色，发髻高束三界顶，眉如闪电划长空，焚烧一切诸恶毒，三眼闪耀智慧光，鼻如须弥山高耸，口如火坑张开着，舌如食肉之利器，獠牙如橛交错咬，毛发竖立如桩林。右手镇压大地基，左手撑起无垠空，足踏地狱之根基，诛灭一切诸恶毒，一切皆是忿怒身。吽，与彼无二双运母，贝达药叉难胜身，身着严饰如主尊，安住须弥山之母，三眼高举虚空颅，须弥山顶之发髻。顶髻放出耀眼光，发际散布化身使，额间发出雷鸣声，眉如虚空闪电耀，鼻中喷出寡妇气，口中吹出疾病袋，心中降下大冰雹，药叉火焰熊熊燃，誓物血海哈令嘎，一面二手三角脸，右手高举钺刀杖，左手盛满血之海，金刚药叉母如是，欢喜于其身。

Protect my Buddha's teachings, In this Yamantaka mandala, Help me accomplish my wishes, And protect the sacred teachings. Subdue and destroy all evils, Suppress Yama and demons. Offer harmonious substances to the terrifying face, Please accept the offerings with devotion. Hūṃ, with compassion, liberate all evils, Offerings to the father and mother, the executioners of life, Pleasing offerings, harmonious substances, Please accept the offerings with devotion. Hūṃ, from the vast expanse of the ten directions, The four hidden and concealed faces, Thunder roars from the center of the sky, Lightning flashes from the intermediate realm, Hailstones fall from the peak of Mount Meru, A torrent of blood hail descends. I offer these sacred substances, Various kinds of offerings, Please accept the offerings with devotion. The triangular, dark blue, blazing sky, Horse corpses are piled up as walls, Human corpses are spread out as the floor, On the throne of human and horse corpses, A body erected with the majesty of Mount Meru, The supreme deity, Yamantaka, One face, two arms, dark blue face, Hair tied up in a topknot of the three realms, Eyebrows flashing like great lightning, Burning all evils, Three eyes radiating wisdom light, Nose majestic like a stake of Mount Meru, Mouth open like a homa pit, Tongue like a ladle for meat, Teeth like crossed stakes, Body hair bristling like a row of stakes. The right hand presses down on the earth, The left hand supports the sky, The feet press down on the foundation of hell, Destroying all evils, All of you are the body of wrath. Hūṃ, the mother united and inseparable from him, Beta Yaksha, an unbearable body, Adorned and dressed like the main deity, The mistress dwelling on Mount Meru, Three eyes holding up the skull of the sky, On the topknot of the supreme Mount Meru. Rays of light radiate from the crown of the head, Messengers of emanation spread from the hairline, From the space of the forehead, the sound of thunder roars, The eyebrows move like lightning in the sky, From the nose, the breath of widows is drawn, From the mouth, the bag of diseases is blown, From the center of the heart, great hailstones fall, The Yaksha flame blazes, The samaya rakta halingka, One face, two arms, triangular face, The right hand raises the cleaver staff, The left hand boasts the ocean of rakta, Vajra Yaksha mother thus, Rejoices in his body.
