以意专注而观视，从嘛、惹、匝、夏四字中，以斯帕惹纳加持，自身所分事业圆满，四大穷尽复聚集，从四手印之光芒中，化生四面明妃身，于须弥山东南隅，从嘛字化生虎女魔，母夜叉之形具虎首，口中发出龙之声，观想其降伏蛊毒肿病。于须弥山之西南方，从惹字化生熊女魔，母夜叉紫黑色具熊首，口中闪电之链游走，观想其为降伏脑病之主。于须弥山之西北隅，从匝字化生公女魔，母夜叉红黑色具牛首，鼻中暴风雪飞扬，口中降下冰雹，观想其为降伏麻风病之主。于须弥山之东北隅，从夏字化生牧女魔，母夜叉绿黑色具鳄鱼首，口中降下雷电之链，观想其为降伏喉痛疫病之主。父尊母尊及眷属，皆为罗刹罗刹女之肉身，与八种尸林装束，相合而明观。迎请坛城本尊众，吽，从法界不可见之界中，化身文殊童子身，为守护教法大海之天神，及眷属一同迎请，以幻化之方便嬉戏而来。嗡 班杂 萨玛扎 吽。（藏文：ཨོྂ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ་ཧཱུྂ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ वज्र समाज हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samāja hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，聚集，吽。）吽，于三角青黑色火焰之中，百万马尸遍布为地基，百万人尸堆积成宫殿，祈请文殊父尊母尊及眷属众，以誓言力降临。四方虚空之广阔处，虎女等四部眷属众，为守护教法而迎请，祈请以誓言力降临。四大夜叉母，汝等亦从虚空之中发出龙吟，从虚空界中闪耀电光，从须弥山顶降下冰雹，于须弥山四大部洲中行使权柄，于世间界中赐予威力，蛊毒脑病麻风病，以及雷电冰雹疫病之主，于文殊降阎魔尊前，如昔日所承诺立誓般，以哀嚎之声呼唤我，红色血肉朵玛请受用。吽，于往昔之最初劫。

Focus and gaze with the mind, From the four syllables Mā, Ra, Tsa, Sha, Blessed by Spharana, Fulfilling one's own allotted activities, The four elements exhausted and reassembled, From the radiance of the four hand implements, Transforming into the forms of four-faced consorts, In the southeast corner of Mount Meru (Sumeru), From the syllable Mā arises the Tigress Rākṣasī, A Rākṣasī in form with a tiger's head, From her mouth roars the sound of a dragon, Meditate on her sending forth possession and swelling sickness. In the southwest of Mount Meru, From the syllable Ra arises the Bear Rākṣasī, A Rākṣasī, dusky black with a bear's head, From her mouth streams a chain of lightning, Meditate on her as the mistress who sends forth brain sickness. In the northwest corner of Mount Meru, From the syllable Tsa arises the Kong Rākṣasī, A Rākṣasī, reddish-black with a bull's head, From her nostrils scatters a blizzard, And from her mouth emanates hail, Meditate on her as the mistress who sends forth leprosy. In the northeast corner of Mount Meru, From the syllable Sha arises the Herdess Rākṣasī, A Rākṣasī, greenish-black with a crocodile's head, From her mouth she casts down a chain of thunderbolts, Meditate on her as the mistress of throat ailments and epidemics. All of these, the Father and Mother with their retinue, Are embodied in the flesh of Rākṣasas and Rākṣasīs, Adorned with the eight charnel ground accoutrements, Meditate on them as familiar and clear. Inviting the deities of the maṇḍala, Hūṃ, from the realm of the invisible Dharmadhātu, Emanating as the youthful form of Mañjuśrī, The deity who protects the ocean of the teachings, Together with his retinue, when invited, Comes playfully by means of illusion.
