ན་གྲུབ་ཚེ་བདག་དྭངས་མ་ལྔ། །རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་འཕྲོ་འདུ་རྩོལ་དང་བྲལ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ ཆེན་པོར་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་པའོ། །ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པའི་ཚེ་བདག་ནི། །སྣང་སྲིད་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྟོག་ལས་འདས། །རྟོག་བཅས་འཁྲུལ་པ་རུ་བཟློག་ཕྱིར། །རིན་ཆེན་གཞལ་ཡས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ན། །སྟོབས་ཀྱི་གདན་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གྲུབ། །རང་བཞིན་གསལ་བའི་ངང་ཉིད་ལས། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་སྐུ། །ལྷུན་པོ་རི་རབ་བརྟན་ལྟར་བརྗིད། །སྲིད་གསུམ་སྦྱོར་བ་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན། །བདུད་མོ་ཁ་འབར་གསོད་བྱེད་མས། །མྱོས་བྱེད་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་མ་མོའི་ཚོགས། །མ་ལུས་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་ཅིང་འཇོམས། །གསོད་བྱེད་བཀའ་ཡིས་བྱིན་བརླབས་གནོན། །དྲེགས་པས་གཉན་དང་ས་བདག་ཕོ་མོ་གནོན། །བྱ་ཁྱུང་ཀླུ་བདུད་ཀླུ་སྲིན་གནོན། །ཁྱུང་མོས་ས་བདག་ས་སྲིན་གནོན། །སེང་གེས་རྒྱལ་བློན་སྟོབས་ཆེན་གནོན། །སྟག་གིས་དུད་འགྲོ་གདུག་པ་གནོན། །ཞེ་སྡང་གདུག་པའི་སྦྲུལ་ནག་གིས། །སྔགས་དང་དམད་པ་རིགས་བཞིའི་ཀླུ། །ཚ་བའི་ནད་དབལ་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན། །སྲིད་པའི་ཁྱམས་ཁང་རུས་སྦལ་གྱིས། །སྲོག་དབུགས་བཀྲག་མདངས་ཚེ་སྲོག་འཆང་། །རང་བཞིན་ཆོས་སྐུ་སྐྱེ་མེད་ལས། །སྐྱེ་བའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་སྐུས། །སྐྱེ་བ་ལས་ཀྱི་འཁྲུལ་པ་ཡི། །བརྐམ་ཆགས་སྐྱེ་མེད་ངང་དུ་གྲོལ། །དྭངས་མའི་ཐིག་ལེ་བཅུད་ལ་བསྡུ། །སྣང་སྲིད་བདེ་འགྲོ་མ་ལུས་ཀྱི། །ཚེ་སྲོག་ཡི་གེ་གཉིས་བསྡུས་འཆང་། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གཅིག་པའི་ཚེ་བདག་གི། །གདན་ལས་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བྱ་ཁྱུང་དྲེགས། །རྒྱན་གྱི་སྔགས་དང་གབ་པའི་སྔགས། །ལུས་སྲུང་དྲག་པོས་འཇོམས་པ་ཡི། །སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཚེ་བདག་ནག་པོ་ནི། །ཟིལ་གནོན་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྟེ། །དབུ་དགུ་གནད་དགུ་མི་ནད་འཇོམས་བདུད་ཡིན། །ཐེག་པ་དགུ་ཡི་དོན་ལྡན་ནས། །འབྲས་བུ་རིགས་ལྔ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཞི། །སྤྲུལ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བསམ་དཔག་དཀའ། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་བདག་ནག་པོ་ནི། །འབྱུང་བ་རྟེན་གཞིའི་རྔམ་གྱི་འོག་ཤེད་ན། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་ཡི་ལས་དབང་ལས། །ཡི་དྭགས་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཆི་བདག་སྐུ། །ཤ་ཟ་ཀེཾ་ཀེཾ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས། །དབང་སྡུད་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལས་ཀུན་བྱེད། །ལས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་ གྲངས་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། །རྩ་བ་བཞི་དང་ཡན་ལག་བཅས། །ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཚེ་བདག་ནག་པོའི་ལས། །རྩ་བ་གཉིས་དང་ཡན་ལག་བཅུ། །ཁྱད་པར་བརྒྱ་དང་བཅུ་དྲུག་ཡོད། །སྙིང་པོ་མན་ངག་རྩ་བ་གཉིས། །ཡན་ལག་ཕྲལ་ན་ཉི་ཤུ་དགུ། །ཟིལ་གནོན་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས། །ལྟས་ལོག་ལུས་ཀྱི་གོ་ཆ་སྲུང་། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གཅིག་པའི་ཚེ་བདག་ལ

那成就五清净命主，远离因缘积聚与勤作，于大手印中任运成就。以威力压伏之命主，超越显现世间之智慧分别，为遣除有分别之错乱，于珍宝宫殿任运成就，于威力之座上如是成就。自性光明之体性中，智慧任运成就之身，如须弥山王般稳固庄严，以威力压伏三有之结合。食人魔女口中燃烧，呕吐血之母鬼众，无余以威力压伏且摧毁。以诛杀之教敕加持压伏，以傲慢压伏凶猛之鬼神与男女地神，鹏鸟压伏龙魔龙妖，鹏女压伏地神地妖，狮子压伏国王大臣大力者，老虎压伏畜生恶毒者，以嗔恨恶毒之黑蛇，压伏咒语与诅咒四种姓氏之龙，以热病瘟疫威力压伏。世间殿堂之乌龟，执持命气光彩与寿命，自性法身无生中，以生起之神变任运成就身，贪执生有之错乱，于无生之体性中解脱。清净之明点凝聚精华，显现世间安乐有情之，寿命二字凝聚执持。手印一体之命主，座上父父佛母鹏鸟傲慢，以庄严之咒与隐蔽之咒，身体守护以猛烈摧毁之，化身命主黑忿怒尊，乃以威力压伏之意化身，九首九要摧灭人病之魔，具足九乘之义，果为五部四智，化身种种不可思议。业之命主黑忿怒尊，于五大所依之威猛下，从不善十业之业力中，饿鬼之王死主之身，食肉鬼兢兢与眷属俱，作勾摄咒语之诸事业。事业之类别如下：根本四种与支分俱，任运成就黑命主之事业，根本二种与支分十种，差别有一百一十六种。心要口诀根本二种，支分若分则有二十九种。以威力压伏大手印，护卫凶兆之身体盔甲，手印一体之命主。

The accomplished five pure life lords, free from causes, conditions, accumulation, and effort, are spontaneously accomplished in the Mahamudra. The life lord who subdues with power transcends the wisdom discriminations of appearance and existence. In order to reverse the delusion of conceptualization, in the spontaneously accomplished precious palace, it is thus accomplished on the seat of power. From the very nature of clear essence, the spontaneously accomplished body of wisdom, majestic like the steadfast Mount Sumeru, subdues the union of the three realms with power. The flesh-eating demoness with a burning mouth, the hordes of blood-vomiting mamos, are completely subdued and destroyed by power. Blessings are suppressed by the command of killing. The arrogant ones suppress the male and female local deities and fierce spirits. The Garuda suppresses the nagas, demons, and naga-spirits. The Garuda-woman suppresses the local deities and local demons. The lion suppresses the powerful kings, ministers, and great beings. The tiger suppresses the cruel animals. The black snake of fierce hatred suppresses the mantras and curses of the four castes of nagas. The hot fever and plague are suppressed by power. The turtle in the palace of existence holds life, breath, splendor, and life force. From the unborn nature of the Dharmakaya, with the miraculous spontaneously accomplished body of birth, the delusion of karma of birth is liberated in the unborn essence of attachment. The clear bindu gathers the essence. The life force syllables of all beings in appearance and existence are gathered and held. The life lord of the one mudra, on the seat, the father and mother Garuda are arrogant. With the mantras of adornment and the hidden mantras, the body is protected and fiercely destroyed. The black wrathful life lord of emanation is the emanation of the mind that subdues with power. The nine heads and nine vital points destroy human diseases and demons. Possessing the meaning of the nine vehicles, the fruit is the five families and four wisdoms. The various emanations are inconceivable. The black wrathful life lord of karma, under the fierce power of the elements as the basis, from the karmic power of the ten non-virtues, the body of the king of pretas and the lord of death, the flesh-eating Keng-Keng and retinue, perform all the activities of subjugating mantras. The categories of activities are as follows: the four roots and branches, the activities of the spontaneously accomplished black life lord, the two roots and ten branches, there are one hundred and sixteen differences. The essential pith instructions have two roots, and if the branches are separated, there are twenty-nine. Subduing with power from the great mudra, protects the body armor from inauspicious omens, the life lord of the one mudra.
