How to condense the suppressing (power) to the root? Please perfect it with the Vajra Heart. After asking this, the Bhagavan taught this practice of taking life blood sacrifice, which condenses the essence of all fierce mantras. Its extensive practice is: divided into two types, common and special. The common one has five stages: the four-syllable outer wheel, the root wheel of arising, the hidden heart wheel, the wheel of the sow (Vajravarahi) body part, the wheel of destroying sins, and the branch of destroying the harvest year. These five are the common practices. After extracting the essence of the blood sacrifice mantra, condense and combine it into three practices, combining the manifestation of symbols, the blood sacrifice is like the melting of ghee. It is a powerful fierce practice. The order of the four-syllable action is: in a secluded and pleasant place in the charnel ground, set a boundary in the secluded place of one's own mind, fiercely recite curses, set up a mandala on the charnel ground, surrounded by four boundary lines, draw a crossed triangle in the center, and on the second line draw a crossed vajra, on which place the four syllables ཨེ་དུན་ཀ་ཡཾ་（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning）.
