This secret fierce mantra, should be diligently practiced according to the instructions of the empowerment. Harīḥ, contemplate that everything is within me. The great wrathful assembly of the Lotus Family with Padmāntakṛta at its head. Dima Dāri is the speech that gathers all. Hayagrīva is the king of complete dominion. Eka Jatī is the union with the hidden mother. Rulu, together with the son of the lineage. Rulu, the father and mother who subdue the power of snakes. 谛听，有权势的眷属们！ 我是身语意的本尊， 为了完全成就功德和事业， 这些是应该了解的： 身体的前后是父与母， 左右是权势之子， 容器和心髓等， 是权势四族父与母。 所有肢节和细枝末节， 是八忿怒尊与明妃等， 四脉轮观想为四门卫。 毛发和汗毛是听命眷属， 行为的法和能动的意， 以内外之识， 所取的境和能执的心， 五境、烦恼和觉悟， 八识及其境， 清净的四大， 也应该依次了解。 轮回和涅槃， 善与非善的分别念， 我权势者从未有过。 显现与不显现是身的聚积， 声与非声是语的主宰， 空与非空是意的体性， 有与非有是功德， 成就与不成就即是事业。 对此不应有怀疑！ 如此宣说。 殊胜大权势集密根本续中， 身语意事业秘密心髓的如是性品第八。 之后，薄伽梵权势之王，成为如来们意之自性， 以完全观察一切法界的大姿态， 如此说道： 唉玛！谛听聚集的眷属！ 我是权势之王， 是行使权势的本尊。 从我所具的权势中， 完全见到成佛。 对此没有必要观看， 不看即是观看。 如是见与忆念， 智与明觉虽有非有， 然仅于世俗中显现为觉知。 外境显现之境， 无碍地分析和假立仅是存在。 这是外在的权势者。 内在能执之心之实， 无生自性空。 被称为内在的权势者。 二取分别念如风， 无垢且光明， 是隐蔽的，但对一切显现。 对此获得权势之时， 权势之王即得显现。 我不散乱不分别， 因此任何修习皆无必要。 无错谬无造作即是。

Listen, all you powerful retinue! I am the master of body, speech, and mind, And in order to accomplish completely qualities and activities, These are the things to be known. The front and back of the body are father and mother, The right and left are the sons of power, The vessel and the essential core, Are the four families of great power, father and mother. All the limbs and minor limbs, Are the eight wrathful ones together with their consorts, The four chakras are to be visualized as the four gatekeepers. The hairs of the head and body are the assembly of obedient ones, The dharma of action and the mind of doing, With outer and inner consciousness, The object to be grasped and the mind that grasps, The five objects, afflictions, and realizations, The eight consciousnesses and their objects, The four pure elements themselves, Should be known in sequence. Samsara and nirvana, The thoughts of virtue and non-virtue, I, the powerful one, have never had. Appearance and non-appearance are the assembly of the body, Sound and non-sound are the master of speech, Emptiness and non-emptiness are the nature of mind, Existence and non-existence are qualities, Accomplishment and non-accomplishment are activities. There should be no doubt about this! Thus he spoke. From the Root Tantra of the Glorious Great Power Gathering, The eighth chapter, the Essence of the Secret of the Activities of Body, Speech, and Mind, the Suchness Itself. Then, the Bhagavan, the King of Power, having become the essence of the minds of the Tathagatas, And having made the great gesture of thoroughly looking at the entirety of the sphere of all dharmas, Spoke these words: Ema! Listen, assembled retinue! I am the King of Power, I am the deity who wields power. From what has become my power, Buddhahood is seen in its entirety. There is no need to look at this, Not looking is itself looking. Likewise, seeing and remembering, Intellect and knowledge, although they may or may not exist, Appear as knowledge only in conventional terms. The object of appearance, the external object, Unobstructed, analyzed, and labeled, is merely existent. This is the outer powerful one. The reality of the mind that grasps inwardly, Unborn, empty by its own nature. It is said to be the inner powerful one.
