It is. The body is radiant, with light rays emanating. Knowing that this is the nature of mind, there is no need to practice Mahottama elsewhere. A devoted and diligent practitioner will attain the Vidyadhara of merit. From the Tantra of the Union of All Sugatas, the Eleventh Chapter: The Practice of the Qualities of Mahottama. Then, from within the assembly, Vajra Heruka arose and spoke thus: Ema, Supreme Lord Heruka! Please explain the practice of the heart. The Great Glorious Father declared: The true practitioner of the heart, in the great and terrifying charnel ground, having dwelt in a solitary place, having cleaned the mandala, anoints it with great blood. On the shroud, placing Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), the wise one establishes it as the object of contemplation. The three realms become clear, in the midst of the great and terrifying charnel ground, in the center of the terrifying ocean of blood, on top of the great mountain of skeletons, in the center of the blazing flames, the great wisdom palace, without inside or outside, is completely clear. The blazing four-spoked wheel, complete with corners, corridors, and four doors. The skull garlands manifest in various ways, adorned with the sun and moon. Many blazing wrathful deities are in turmoil. The best of herds, buffaloes, tigers, and leopards, fierce bears with claws, seize the powerful great gods and so forth. On the seats of the sun, moon, lotus, and field, gradually and clearly generate above them. From Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) arises Vajra Heruka, with faces of dark blue, black, white, and red. Four legs extended and contracted, gazing intensely. In the right hand, he holds a vajra, khatvanga, and small bell, and in the left hand, a tira staff, skull cup of blood, and a garland of intestines. Embraced with delight by Krodhiśvarī. Thus, the essence of the minds of all the Tathagatas, the principal deity of the mandala, should be generated. Bhagavan Buddha Heruka, with faces of smoky black, dark blue, and red. He holds a tira staff, vajra garuda, intestines noose, and red bhanda in his right hand. Together with Buddha Krodhiśvarī. Should be generated on the eastern spoke. Bhagavan Ratna Heruka, with faces of yellow black, dark blue, and red. He holds a jewel child staff and enemy axe in his right hand, and Mount Meru, skull cup of blood, arrow, and plow in his left hand. Together with Ratna Krodhiśvarī. The wise one should generate in the southern direction. Bhagavan Padma Heruka, with faces of red black, dark blue, and white. He holds a lotus club, enemy axe, and Mount Meru, a thousand worlds, holding
