The mantra for offering everything. Om khu khu ni pre tok ta ti. Pra ta ma li la li ni. Mla mla kle dha pri pri ti shi prem dho dho dho damh khu khu ni gri ha ba lim sva ha. This is the food offering mantra for the mandala of ghouls and female ghosts. From the conception of the Wrathful Victorious One, this is the food offering mantra for ordinary ghouls, the third chapter. Then, there is also Manjushri's wrathful deity, the only hero, the great one with immeasurable splendor. Now I will explain his mudra. The right hand extended forward is the samaya of the Three Jewels. To make manifest praise, bind the mudra according to the ritual. The vidyadharas always use all the fingers of the hand, the thumb well hidden, completely gathered and bind the good mudra. One who knows the ritual binds the vajrakila mudra. The heart mantra or separately, the mantra practitioner binds with mudra and mantra. At other times, never bind. Om namo buddha dharma sangha bhyah. Om sarva tathagata krodha bi ja ya agnir jvalita jihu preta shira hum phat. This is the mantra of the vajrakila mudra. This single mudra makes the heart mantra of the wrathful deity blaze. It is the chief of all weapons. It pacifies all demons. How to draw the mandala, now I will explain its ritual. The shape of the vajrakila is like a stake, this is called vajrakila. Especially at its top, the wise one draws the head of a ghoul. Always draw many ghouls, never draw anything else besides that. The vidyadhara, according to the ritual, makes this seal with the ashes of the charnel ground. Or else, when one wants to accomplish, the practitioner who wants to accomplish siddhi, draws it in his own mandala. Then, to accomplish the mudra, now I will explain this mandala. Like the previous square, here also draw many ghouls. Place the vajrakila in its center, and likewise in the eight directions. Possessing eight or nine mudras, this is also called the mudra mandala. Similarly, open the south gate, and then make offerings. All the mudra mantras, the king of wrathful deities is very fierce, therefore making offerings here is a secret offering.
