་མོས་སྡིགས་པར་བྱེད། །དཔུང་པ་གདེངས་པ་གཡོན་བཞིན་དུ། །མིག་ནི་མཛུབ་མོ་གཅིག་ལ་གཏད། །རྐང་པ་གཡས་པ་ཕྱར་བ་ནི། །ཀུན་དུ་འཁྲུག་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པ་གདེངས་བྱས་ཏེ། །གཡོན་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ནི་ཕྱར་ཞིང་བསྐོར། །དཔུང་པ་བརྐྱང་བའི་བེ་ཅོན་གདེངས། །བསྡིགས་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པར་བྱེད། །མྱུར་དུ་ཚམ་ངམ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། །དེ་ཉིད་དཔུང་བརྡབས་བསྡིགས་པའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ལས་ནི་ཁ་གདངས་པ། །ཁ་གདངས་པ་ཞེས་བསྒྲགས་པ་ཡིན། །སྲན་དང་བཅས་ལ་བཞི་ནི་བསྐོར། །མཐུ་རྩལ་ཆེ་བའི་སྟབས་སུ་སྩོལ། །མཆུ་ཡི་མཐའ་མ་སོ་ཡིས་མནན། །ལག་པ་ཕྱར་ཏེ་སྡིགས་པར་བྱེད། །བསྙེམས་དང་བཅས་ཤིང་སྒྲ་ཡང་འབྱིན། །འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཧཱུྃ་བསྒྲགས་པའི། །ཚམ་ངམ་ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་ནི། །མཛེས་པའི་ཁྲོ་བོས་གནོན་ པའོ། །བཙན་ཐབས་སུ་ནི་བསྐོར་བར་བྱ། །རྐང་པ་གཡས་པ་བཙུགས་ཏེ་མནན། །ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀ་དྲག་རྡོབ་པ། །བྱས་ནས་འཇིགས་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི། །དེ་བཞིན་སྙེམས་དང་བཅས་བཤད་པ། །ཚམ་ངམ་བདག་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་འདི། །འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁྲོ་བོ་བསྒོམ་པའོ། །རྐང་པ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་ཏེ་འདུག །གཡས་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་མཐོ་བར་བྱ། །དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པས་གཡོན་པ་སྨད། །གཡོན་པ་སོར་མོ་གཅིག་གིས་བསྡིགས། །དཔུང་པ་བཏེག་སྟེ་བེ་ཅོན་འཕྱར། །རྐང་པ་དང་ནི་གདོང་བསྒྱུར་བ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཁྲོ་བོ་བསྒོམ་པ་ནི། །ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི། །དེ་ཉིད་ལས་ནི་རྒྱབ་ཏུ་བལྟ། །ཁྲོ་བོ་མིག་ནི་ཡ་གཅིག་བཙུམས། །མྱུར་དུ་མཆོད་སྟབས་བྱེད་པའོ། །འདི་ནི་ཚམ་ངམ་སྦྱོར་བ་སྟེ། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་རིམ་ལས། །མདོར་ན་ཇི་ལྟར་དགོད་པ་དག །ལེགས་པར་བཤད་པ་འདི་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལོའི་མཐུ་སྔགས་དང་། །ཚམ་ངམ་གཡས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་དགའ་ཡིས། །ལས་རྣམས་རབ་ཏུ་ངོ་མཚར་བ། །ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་བྱའོ། །བསྒྲུབ་པ་དེ་དག་གསང་རྒྱུད་དང་། །ཧེ་ལའི་འཁོར་ལོ་འདི་ཤེས་ན། །ཁྲོ་བོ་དངོས་དང་གཅིག་འགྱུར་བས། །ཁྲོ་བོའི་སྐད་དུ་སྤྱོད་པར་འགྱུར། །རྟོག་པ་འདི་ནི་གསང་བར་བཅས། །གསང་བའི་སྙིང་པོའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་བཤད། །ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རྟོག་འདི་ལས། །མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་གཞན་མེད་དོ། །ཁྲོ་བོ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་ལས། །རྟོག་པ་ཕྱི་མའི་ཕྱི་མ་འདི། །རབ་ཏུ་གསང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། །ཐོས་ནས་གསང་བའི་དོན་བསྒོམས་པས། །ལྷ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡི་རངས་ནས། །ཁྲོ་བོ་མཆོག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ། །རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་བའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར

以指势作恐吓。 臂膀如左般伸展， 眼睛盯住一根手指。 右脚抬起， 称为普遍扰乱。 左脚伸展， 向左方抬起并旋转。 伸展臂膀，举起杵杖， 于恐吓之中使人迷惑。 迅速名为“ཚམ་ངམ་ (tsam ngam)”， 即以臂膀拍击作恐吓。 从那之中张开嘴巴， 宣称为张开嘴巴。 伴随豆蔻旋转四次， 赐予强大力量的姿势。 嘴唇末端被牙齿咬住， 举起手来作恐吓。 伴随着傲慢，也发出声音， 宣说令人恐惧的“ཧཱུྃ (hūṃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，摧伏)”， 善说“ཚམ་ངམ་ (tsam ngam)”是 被美丽的忿怒尊压制。 以强力旋转， 右脚立定并压住。 双手猛烈拍击， 做出令人恐惧之事， 如是伴随傲慢宣说。 此“ཚམ་ངམ་ (tsam ngam)”大自在， 名为令人恐惧， 恒常观修忿怒尊。 双脚并立而站， 右脚稍微抬高。 具光辉者使左脚低下， 左手以一指作恐吓。 抬起臂膀，挥舞杵杖， 转动脚步和脸庞， 恒常观修忿怒尊， 名为“ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ (kī li kī la)”。 大“ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ (kī li kī la)”是， 从那之中向后看。 忿怒尊一只眼睛闭上， 迅速做出供养姿势。 此乃“ཚམ་ངམ་ (tsam ngam)”之结合， 从黑汝嘎轮之轮辐中， 总而言之，如何欢喜， 此乃善说。 黑汝嘎轮之威力咒语， 与右“ཚམ་ངམ་ (tsam ngam)”之威力喜乐， 诸事业极为奇妙， 如所说之事业应作。 若知晓彼等修法、秘密续部 与此黑汝嘎轮， 则与忿怒尊真实合一， 将以忿怒尊之语言行事。 此见解伴随秘密， 宣说为秘密心髓之最胜。 此忿怒尊王之见解， 无有比此更殊胜者。 从忿怒尊普胜之中， 此后后之见解， 名为极秘密， 听闻后修习秘密之义， 彼诸天众皆欢喜， 向殊胜忿怒尊敬礼， 将成为极欢喜之最胜。

Accompanied by arrogance, also making a sound, Proclaiming the terrifying "Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Subjugation)", Well said "Tsam Ngam" is Suppressed by the beautiful Wrathful One. Rotating forcefully, The right foot is planted and pressed down. Both hands clap violently, Doing terrifying things, Thus, accompanied by arrogance, it is declared. This "Tsam Ngam" Great自在, Is called terrifying, Constantly meditating on the Wrathful One. Standing with feet together, The right foot slightly raised. The glorious one lowers the left foot, The left hand makes a threatening gesture with one finger. The arm is raised, the vajra is waved, Turning the feet and face, Constantly meditating on the Wrathful One, It is called "Kī Li Kī La." The great "Kī Li Kī La" is, From that, looking back. The Wrathful One closes one eye, Quickly making an offering gesture. This is the combination of "Tsam Ngam," From the spokes of the Hevajra wheel, In short, how to rejoice, This is well said. The power mantra of the Hevajra wheel, And the power joy of the right "Tsam Ngam," The deeds are extremely wonderful, The deeds as spoken should be done. If you know those practices, secret tantras And this Hevajra wheel, You will become one with the real Wrathful One, You will act in the language of the Wrathful One. This view is accompanied by secrecy, It is declared as the supreme essence of secrecy. This view of the Wrathful King, There is nothing more supreme than this. From the all-victorious Wrathful One, This later view of the later, Is called extremely secret, After hearing, meditate on the meaning of secrecy, All those deities rejoice, Paying homage to the supreme Wrathful One, Will become the supreme of great joy.
