ཕྱིར། །མི་བདེ་ཉམ་ཐག་གྱུར་པ་ལ། །སྔགས་འདི་མྱུར་དྲན་བརྗོད་བྱས་ན། །སྤྲིན་དག་མནན་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། །འདོད་བཞིན་མྱུར་དུ་སླར་ཡང་བཟློག །གནམ་ལྕགས་སེར་བ་འབབ་པ་ཡང་། །དབྱུག་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཞི་བར་བྱེད། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བཅིངས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི། །ཡིད་ཀྱིས་སྤྲིན་རྣམས་དབབ་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་བསྡིགས་ནས་ནི། །སྨིན་མཚམས་དག་ཀྱང་བསྒྱུར་བར་བྱ། །རྣམ་པ་དེ་དག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནི། །གནམ་ལྕགས་སེར་བ་གཅད་པར་བྱ། །སྦྱོར་བ་མཁས་པས་ཅི་འདོད་པ། །ཆར་པ་དག་ཀྱང་གཅད་པར་བྱ། །གོས་ནི་སྔོན་པོ་བགོས་ན་ནི། །ཁོ་ར་ཁོར་ཡུག་བསྲུང་བྱས་ནས། །མིད་པ་ནུབ་པར་ཆུར་ཞུགས་ཏེ། །ཉིན་ གསུམ་ལེགས་པར་བཟླས་བྱས་ན། །བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་ནི་སྤྲིན་བསྡུས་ནས། །འདོད་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆར་པ་འབེབས། །དེ་ནས་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་ལས་བྱུང་བ། །ཆར་པས་ས་སྟེང་ཁྱབ་པར་འགྱུར། །ཉི་མ་ལ་ནི་མངོན་ཕྱོགས་ནས། །ཉིན་རེ་རྟག་ཏུ་བཟླས་བྱས་ན། །བདག་དང་དེ་བཞིན་གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །ནད་རྣམས་དེ་ནས་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། །རྒྱལ་པོ་དབང་དུ་བྱ་ཡང་རུང་། །ཡུངས་ཀར་དཀར་པོ་བཟང་པོ་ལས། །གཟུགས་བརྙན་ལེགས་པར་བྱས་ནས་སུ། །དེ་ཡི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྟེང་འདུག་ལ། །གང་གི་མིང་སྨོས་ཉིན་བདུན་དུ། །བཟླས་བརྗོད་ལེགས་པར་བྱས་ན་ནི། །དེ་ནི་མྱུར་དུ་ཆོ་ག་འདིས། །བྲན་བཞིན་དུ་ནི་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཞག་གཅིག་རྨྱུང་བ་བྱས་པ་ཡིས། །དམངས་རིགས་དག་ནི་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཞག་གཉིས་རྨྱུང་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། །བཟླས་ན་རྗེའུ་རིགས་འདོད་པ་བཞིན། །ཞག་གསུམ་བྱས་པས་རྒྱལ་རིགས་ཏེ། །ཞག་བཞི་དག་གིས་བྲམ་ཟེ་དག །བཟླས་པའི་ཆོ་ག་བཞིན་བྱས་ན། །འདོད་པ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར། །འབྲུ་དང་ཕུབ་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས། །བུ་དང་བུ་མོ་གང་ཡང་རུང་། །དེ་བཞིན་གཟུགས་བརྙན་བྱས་ན་ནི། །དམངས་རིགས་ལ་ནི་མཚན་གཅིག་གིས། །རབ་ཏུ་སྡང་བ་བྱ་བར་འགྱུར། །རྗེའུ་རིགས་ལ་ནི་ཞག་གཉིས་ཀྱིས། །དེ་སྟེང་ཙོག་པུར་འདུག་ནས་ནི། །དེ་བཞིན་མཛའ་དང་བྲལ་བར་བྱེད། །ཉིན་ཞག་གསུམ་དང་བཞི་དག་གིས། །རྒྱལ་རིགས་དང་ནི་བྲམ་ཟེའོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པ་ཡི། །ལས་ཀྱིས་བྱ་ཡི་གཞན་གྱིས་མིན། །གང་ཡང་རུང་བའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ནི། །དུར་ཁྲོད་སོལ་བས་ལེགས་པ་རུ། །སྔ་མ་བཞིན་དུ་ལེགས་པར་བྲི། །དེ་ནས་སེང་ལྡེང་ཕུར་བུ་ལ། །སྔགས་ཀྱིས་སྟོང་དུ་བཟླས་བྱས་ན། །དེ་ཡི་འོག་ཏུ་ལུས་ལ་གདབ། །དགྲ་བོ་དེ་ཡི་མིང་སྨོས་ནས། །དེ་ལ་ཁྲོས་པར་བྱས་ནས་སུ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ཡི་སྙིང་གར་འདུག

此后，若人身不适极度痛苦，忆念速诵此咒，即可压制云雾，并如愿迅速遣除。降下冰雹天铁时，亦可用杖印使其平息。以所结之手印，用意念降下云雾。如是手印作威吓，亦可转移眉间。以彼等之相，可断天铁冰雹。智者巧用，亦可断除雨水。若着蓝色衣裳，做好防护周遭环境，没入水中至咽喉，如是精进念诵三日，则帝释天收聚云雾，如愿降下雨水。其后，由大云所生之雨水将遍布大地。面向太阳，每日恒常念诵，则自身以及其他众生的疾病皆可消除。欲使国王臣服亦可，取上好之白色芥子，精制成图像，坐于其像之上，念诵其名七日，则彼人迅速以此仪轨，如奴仆般臣服。禁食一日，可使平民百姓臣服。如是禁食两日念诵，则犹太种姓如愿以偿。禁食三日，则王族臣服，禁食四日，则婆罗门臣服。如念诵仪轨般行事，则如愿臣服。取谷物与糠秕等一切，无论男女，如是制成图像，则对平民种姓，仅需一夜，便会产生极度憎恨。对犹太种姓，则需两夜，于其上蹲坐，如是使其友爱分离。三日和四日，则可使王族和婆罗门分离。如所说之方式行事，依此业力而为，切莫以其他方式。无论何种图像，皆可用墓地之炭精心绘制。如前一般精妙绘制后，于旃檀木橛上，以咒语念诵一千遍，将其钉入其身下。念诵彼仇敌之名，对其嗔怒，之后置于其心间。

Thereafter, if a person is unwell and suffers greatly, remembering and quickly reciting this mantra will suppress the clouds and swiftly dispel the suffering as desired. Even when hailstones and meteoric iron are falling, they can be pacified with the staff mudra. With the hand seal that is bound, bring down the clouds with your mind. Thus, threatening with the hand seal, you can also shift the space between the eyebrows. With these forms, you can cut off hailstones and meteoric iron. The wise practitioner can cut off the rain as desired. If you wear blue clothes, protect the surrounding environment, and enter the water up to your throat, and recite well for three days, then Indra will gather the clouds and bring down rain as desired. Thereafter, the rain that arises from the great clouds will spread across the earth. Facing the sun, if you constantly recite every day, then the diseases of yourself and other beings will be eliminated. Even if you want to subdue a king, you can take good white mustard seeds and carefully make an image. Sit on top of that image and recite the name of the person for seven days. Then, that person will quickly become submissive like a servant through this ritual. By fasting for one day, you can subdue common people. Likewise, if you fast for two days and recite, then the Jewish caste will be as desired. By fasting for three days, the royal caste will be subdued, and by fasting for four days, the Brahmins will be subdued. If you act according to the recitation ritual, they will be subdued as desired. From all grains and husks, whether it is a boy or a girl, if you make an image in this way, then for the common caste, it will cause extreme hatred in just one night. For the Jewish caste, it will take two nights. Squatting on top of it, you will separate them from friendship. With three and four days, you can separate the royal caste and the Brahmins. Act according to the way it is said, do it according to this karma, and not in any other way. Any image can be carefully drawn with charcoal from a cemetery. After drawing it as exquisitely as before, recite the mantra a thousand times on a sandalwood peg, and then stab it into the body underneath. Recite the name of that enemy, be angry with them, and then place it in their heart.
